Burj Azizi (Arabic: برج عزيزي) is a skyscraper to be built as a centrepiece of Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It will have 133 floors for various purposes. Burj Azizi could be the world's second tallest building once completed, if it reaches the proposed height of 725 meters, which is 103 meters less than the height of the Burj Khalifa, the current world's tallest building, which is located 2 kilometers away from Burj Azizi.

Radisson Royal Dubai is a skyscraper and hotel complex located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 60 story building was completed in 2010, construction having started in 2005, and houses a Radisson hotel. The modernist concrete building is located on 26 Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel contains 471 rooms, and is located close to Dubai International Airport, Dubai International Financial Center, and Dubai World Trade Center.

World Trade Centre (Arabic: المركز التجاري العالمي) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving the area around the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) building. The station is named after the World Trade Centre. The station opened as part of the Red Line on 15 May 2010. It is close to the World Trade Centre and the API World Tower (aka Al Ali Tower). The station is also close to a number of bus routes.

HHHR Tower, also known as the Blue Tower, is a supertall skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The construction of the 72-floor, 317-metre (1,040 ft) building started in 2006 and was completed in 2010. Designed by architect Al Hashemi, the building is primarily residential, with some commercial uses.When completed in 2010, HHHR Tower was the second-tallest residential building in the world, surpassed only by Q1 in Australia, which stands 323 m (1,060 ft) tall. As of 2022, HHHR Tower is the 16th-tallest residential building in the world and the sixth-tallest residential building in Dubai. The tower comprises 454 residential apartments.The building was built by a joint venture between Al Ahmadiah Contracting and Trading Co., from the UAE and Hip Hing Construction Co. Ltd. from Hong Kong. Another hallmark project by this team is the Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

The Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre was built in 1979 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The complex comprises the original 39-story office tower, the World Trade Centre Residence, eight exhibition halls, the Dubai International Convention Centre, which can accommodate more than 4500 delegates in its multi-purpose hall when set in auditorium style, a business club, and residential apartments with a leisure club. The Dubai International Motor Show (The Middle East International Motor Show) is a biennial auto show held in the Emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. Due to the high interest of expensive cars in Dubai, it attracts many major car manufactures, tuning companies and other related companies, including major super car manufacturers. The Duja Tower is a 191 metres (627 feet) mixed-use skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has 53 floors. The building was designed by ZAS Architects and National Engineering Bureau, while the structural design was designed by Port Saeed Engineering. In addition, it was developed by Nasser Lootah Real Estate. Construction of the tower started in 2009 and completed in 2017.On the evening of 20 February 2020, a fire broke out on the upper parts of the building's claddings. In response, the residents were evacuated and sheltered to the nearby buildings. The National reported that the claddings were similar to that of Grenfell Tower fire. No injuries were reported. On 22 February 2020, the residents were permitted to return to the building.

Burj Al Salam is a 197.45 metres (647.8 feet) tall mixed use skyscraper at Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has 58 floors. The building was designed by DAR Consult, while its structural design was designed by Ramboll Group. The construction of the tower was started in 2008. It was completed in 2014.The project is divided into three towers with different functions. The first is a 54-floor hotel tower, which has two mechanical floors, a mezzanine, a ground floor, and four underground floors; the second is a 54-floor residential tower, which has two mechanical floors; while the third is a 50-floor office tower, which also has two mechanical floors. All of them are connected by the 4-floor podium (base) and floors 10.

The Museum of the Future (Arabic: متحف المستقبل) is an exhibition space for innovative and futuristic ideologies, services, and products. Located in the Financial District of Dubai, UAE, the Museum of the Future has three main elements: green hill, building, and void. Founded by the Dubai Future Foundation. It was set to open in 2021, but as of December of that year had yet to fully do so. The Government of the United Arab Emirates later opened the museum on 22 February 2022. The choice of the date was officially made because the 22nd of February 2022 is a palindrome date.The goal of this museum is to promote technological development and innovation, especially in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).
