Dubai World Trade Centre

The Dubai World Trade Centre Residence is a 41-floor tower in the Dubai International Convention Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Opened in 2008, World Trade Centre Residence is managed by Jumeirah Living. Jumeirah Living offers a mix of one to four bedroom serviced apartments within the residence for short, mid-term and extended stays. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (518 ft). The building is a five-star residential tower alongside the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai's first high-rise building. Construction of the foundation began in August 2005. The building sits on the site of the old World Trade Centre Hotel.

The Duja Tower is a 191 metres (627 feet) mixed-use skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has 53 floors. The building was designed by ZAS Architects and National Engineering Bureau, while the structural design was designed by Port Saeed Engineering. In addition, it was developed by Nasser Lootah Real Estate. Construction of the tower started in 2009 and completed in 2017.On the evening of 20 February 2020, a fire broke out on the upper parts of the building's claddings. In response, the residents were evacuated and sheltered to the nearby buildings. The National reported that the claddings were similar to that of Grenfell Tower fire. No injuries were reported. On 22 February 2020, the residents were permitted to return to the building.

Burj Al Salam is a 197.45 metres (647.8 feet) tall mixed use skyscraper at Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has 58 floors. The building was designed by DAR Consult, while its structural design was designed by Ramboll Group. The construction of the tower was started in 2008. It was completed in 2014.The project is divided into three towers with different functions. The first is a 54-floor hotel tower, which has two mechanical floors, a mezzanine, a ground floor, and four underground floors; the second is a 54-floor residential tower, which has two mechanical floors; while the third is a 50-floor office tower, which also has two mechanical floors. All of them are connected by the 4-floor podium (base) and floors 10.

The Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre was built in 1979 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The complex comprises the original 39-story office tower, the World Trade Centre Residence, eight exhibition halls, the Dubai International Convention Centre, which can accommodate more than 4500 delegates in its multi-purpose hall when set in auditorium style, a business club, and residential apartments with a leisure club. The Sama Tower (also known as Al Durrah Tower or Al Durrah Tower II) is a skyscraper along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has 49 floors. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in late 2009.

World Trade Centre (Arabic: المركز التجاري العالمي) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving the area around the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) building. The station is named after the World Trade Centre. The station opened as part of the Red Line on 15 May 2010. It is close to the World Trade Centre and the API World Tower (aka Al Ali Tower). The station is also close to a number of bus routes.

The Dubai International Motor Show (The Middle East International Motor Show) is a biennial auto show held in the Emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. The Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, previously known as Dubai School of Government, is a research and teaching institution in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which focuses on public policy in the Arab world. The school was established in 2005 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai. The founding Executive was Yassar Jarrar.

Trade Centre 1 (Arabic: االمركز التجاري الأول), aka Trade Centre First, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Located in western Dubai, Trade Centre 1 forms the northern half of the commercial and residential district on Sheikh Zayed Road. The locality begins at Trade Centre Roundabout, at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Road and route D 73 (Al Dhiyafa Road), and terminates at the 2nd Interchange (Defence Roundabout). Trade Centre 1 is made up almost entirely of high rises along Sheikh Zayed Road; a local road system similar to other localities in Dubai does not exist. However, a local road (15th Street) links Trade Centre 1 to Trade Centre 2. Trade Centre 1 is bordered to the north by Al Satwa, to the south by Trade Centre 2, to the west by Al Wasl and to the east by Al Jafilia. Important landmarks in Trade Centre 1 include The Fairmont Dubai, The Monarch Office Tower, Saeed Tower 2, Four Points by Sheraton and Shangri-La Hotel.

Max (Arabic: ماكس) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.The station serves Al Jafilia and surrounding areas. It is located on the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road, providing access to Zabeel Park and several office buildings.The station is the only one in the system to have a siding. This allows two trains to be stored to the east of the station. On 4 August 2021 this station was renamed from "Al Jafilia" to "Max" after the Max Fashion brand.

Burj Azizi (Arabic: برج عزيزي) is a skyscraper to be built as a centrepiece of Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It will have 133 floors for various purposes. Burj Azizi could be the world's second tallest building once completed, if it reaches the proposed height of 725 meters, which is 103 meters less than the height of the Burj Khalifa, the current world's tallest building, which is located 2 kilometers away from Burj Azizi.

Radisson Royal Dubai is a skyscraper and hotel complex located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 60 story building was completed in 2010, construction having started in 2005, and houses a Radisson hotel. The modernist concrete building is located on 26 Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel contains 471 rooms, and is located close to Dubai International Airport, Dubai International Financial Center, and Dubai World Trade Center.
