Tregyb Woodlands

Ysgol Tre-Gib was a bilingual, English language / Welsh language comprehensive school for pupils aged 11 yrs to 18 years based in Ffairfach, Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire, Wales, bordering on the Brecon Beacons National Park. The school served a large catchment area from Llandovery to the north to Ammanford to the south. Some famous rugby union players attended this school, including Luke Charteris, who now plays for the Bath. Plans were afoot to merge Ysgol Tre-Gib with Llandovery's Ysgol Pantycelyn, with the new school being called Ysgol Dyffryn Tywi. However, there was opposition to the closure of Llandovery's main school. The new school is called Ysgol Bro Dinefwr, and all pupils moved to the new campus in September 2016.

Llandeilo railway station (formerly Llandilo Junction for the Carmarthen Line) serves the town of Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire. The station is 30+3⁄4 miles (49 km) north east of Swansea on the Heart of Wales Line. The station is located below the eastern side of the town beside the River Tywi. The Afon Cennen is a river in the county of Carmarthenshire, south Wales. It rises on the northern slopes of the Black Mountain to the east of the summit of Tair Carn Uchaf and flows north to Blaencennen Farm, then westwards past Carreg Cennen Castle, continuing through the village of Trap where it exits the Brecon Beacons National Park. Near the hamlet of Derwydd it turns northwest for a mile then northeast to run through the village of Ffairfach to its confluence with the River Towy opposite Llandeilo.The name could derive either from 'cen' meaning lichen or else from a personal name.

The St Teilo's Church, is an Anglican parish church in the town of Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, Wales. The fabric of the building has medieval origins but stands on a much older site and was rebuilt in the early eighteenth century. It was designated as a Grade II listed building on 14 March 1966

Its population was 1,795 at the 2011 Census. It is adjacent to the westernmost point of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The town is served by Llandeilo railway station on the Heart of Wales Line. In 2021, The Sunday Times called the town one of the top six places to live in Wales. The newspaper praised the town as a ‘sophisticated shopping destination and a great showcase for local arts and crafts’.

Ffairfach railway station serves the village of Ffairfach, near Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, Wales. The station is on the Heart of Wales Line 30 miles (48 km) north east of Swansea. The railway station is located next to the main road Heol Cennen, which crosses the line at its south end. This is the nearest railway station to Carreg Cennen Castle. The former station signal box has been preserved on the Gwili Railway as a working museum exhibit after being made redundant here when the level crossing was automated.All trains serving the station are operated by Transport for Wales.

Ffairfach is a village one-half mile (0.80 km) south of the market town of Llandeilo in the eastern part of Carmarthenshire, Wales. It is close to the confluence of the Afon Cennen and the River Towy. Population is 516 according to 2017 census.

Dyffryn Cennen is a community located in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The population of the community taken at the 2011 census was 1,176.The community is bordered by the communities of: Manordeilo and Salem; Llangadog; Cwmamman; Llandybie; Llanfihangel Aberbythych; and Llandeilo, all being in Carmarthenshire. It includes the villages of Ffairfach and Trapp. The community is part of the Llandeilo electoral ward for elections to Carmarthenshire County Council.

Llandeilo Bridge (Welsh: Pont Llandeilo) is a Grade II* listed road bridge crossing the River Towy in Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, Wales. It carries the main A483 road towards Ffairfach.
