Opel-Rennbahn

Rüsselsheim station is a transit station in the town of Rüsselsheim in the German state of Hesse on the Main Railway from Mainz to Frankfurt am Main. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 3 station. The station is served by the Rhine-Main S-Bahn and by regional trains. There is another station in Rüsselsheim, Rüsselsheim-Opelwerk station, which is served by S-Bahn trains only. The station was opened in 1863. The Rüsselsheim train disaster occurred near the station on 2 February 1990, killing 17 persons and severely injuring 145.

Rüsselsheim Opelwerk station is a railway station in the Opelwerk ("Opel factory") district in the municipality of Rüsselsheim am Main, located in the Groß-Gerau district in Hesse, Germany.

The Rüsselsheim train disaster occurred on February 2, 1990, on the Main Railway near the Rüsselsheim station in West Germany. With 17 persons killed and 145 injured the train collision is amongst the most serious in rapid transit.

Wickerbach is a river of Hesse, Germany. It flows from the eastern suburbs of Wiesbaden and into the Main at Flörsheim.

Darmbach (in its middle course: Landwehr, in its lower course: Landgraben) is a river of Hesse, Germany. It flows through Darmstadt, and flows into the Schwarzbach in Trebur.

Nauheim is a municipality in Groß-Gerau district in Hesse, Germany. Nauheim is located southwest of Frankfurt am Main and is part of the metropolitan region of Frankfurt. It lies in the Hessian Ried.

The Battle of Nauheim (also known as the Battle of the Johannisberg or Johannesberg) was a battle of the Seven Years' War fought near Nauheim in the Landgraviate of Hessen-Kassel on 30 August 1762. French troops under the command of Louis Joseph, Prince of Condé defeated Hanoverian and British troops under the command of Duke Ferdinand of Brunswick.

Bundesautobahn 60 (translates from German as Federal Motorway 60, short form Autobahn 60, abbreviated as BAB 60 or A 60) is an autobahn in Germany. During its entire course it forms a part of the E 42.
