Ülgase Nature Reserve is a nature reserve which is located in Harju County, Estonia.The area of the nature reserve is 50 ha.The protected area was founded in 1960 to protect Ülgase Cliff and oak forest. In 2006, the protected area was designated to the landscape conservation area.The cliff contains excavations created for the Ülgase phosphorite mine in 1923-1938. The caves are inhabited by bats for sheltering during the winter.

Rebala is a village in Jõelähtme Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia.Rebala Heritage Reserve is named after Rebala village. It covers around 70 square kilometres and contains more than 300 archaeological remains including stone-cist graves and cup-marked stones from the Bronze and Iron Ages.Rebala village has many old farm buildings dating to the 18th/19th centuries. Near Rebala was one of the first areas in Estonia where was phosphorite was mined, beginning in the 1920s. During the Soviet era the main activity in the area was farming, but the 21st century has seen new housing developments due to the village's close proximity to the capital city, Tallinn.Tallinn Landfill (or Jõelähtme Landill) is technically part of Rebala village.

It's located west of the mouth of the Jägala River to the Ihasalu Bay (part of the Gulf of Finland), and about 7 km (4 mi) east of the town of Maardu. Manniva had a population of 39 in 2001, 47 in 2009, and as of 2011, 66 people lived in the village.

Kallavere

Kallavere is a village in Jõelähtme Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. It's located about 17 km (11 mi) northeast of Tallinn, just east of Kallavere, the main part the town of Maardu. Kallavere village has a population of 142 (as of 1 January 2010).The village is entirely located on the Rebala Heritage Reserve. Kallavere was first mentioned in the Danish Census Book in 1241. But it's also possible that Kallavere was already mentioned in 1154 by al-Idrisi as Qlwry. In the 1950s a new housing estate was built on the former lands of Kallavere village on the western part which administratively went under the rule of the town Maardu but also bears the name of Kallavere. On 19 April 2010 part of the northern part of the village was detached to establish a new official village Saviranna.

The parish has a population of 6,969 and an area of 210.86 km2 (81.41 sq mi), the population density is 25.3770/km2 (65.726/sq mi)The administrative centre of Jõelähtme Parish is Jõelähtme village. It is located 20 km east from the centre of Estonia's capital, Tallinn.
