Jõelähtme Parish (Estonian: Jõelähtme vald) is a municipality in Estonia. It was established in 1992 and is administratively part of the Harju County, in northwestern Estonia. The parish has a population of 6,969 and an area of 210.86 km2 (81.41 sq mi), the population density is 25.3770/km2 (65.726/sq mi)The administrative centre of Jõelähtme Parish is Jõelähtme village. It is located 20 km east from the centre of Estonia's capital, Tallinn.

Jägala Falls, the highest waterfall in Estonia, is located on the river. Several reservoirs are located on the river. The Kehra pulp mill is located on the left bank of the river. The river is part of the Tallinn water supply system. The basin area of the river is 1,481.3 km2 (571.9 sq mi).The river contains populations of trout and grayling.

Rebala is a village in Jõelähtme Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia.Rebala Heritage Reserve is named after Rebala village. It covers around 70 square kilometres and contains more than 300 archaeological remains including stone-cist graves and cup-marked stones from the Bronze and Iron Ages.Rebala village has many old farm buildings dating to the 18th/19th centuries. Near Rebala was one of the first areas in Estonia where was phosphorite was mined, beginning in the 1920s. The river starts in Rasivere (Anija Parish) and discharges into the Jägala River in Jõelähtme Parish, only 100 m (330 ft) after Jägala Falls. The length of the river is 49.2 km.The Jõelähtme River is one of the most significant subterranean rivers in Estonia; it flows underground through the Kostivere karst area for 2.5 km.

Ülgase Nature Reserve is a nature reserve which is located in Harju County, Estonia.The area of the nature reserve is 50 ha.The protected area was founded in 1960 to protect Ülgase Cliff and oak forest. In 2006, the protected area was designated to the landscape conservation area.The cliff contains excavations created for the Ülgase phosphorite mine in 1923-1938. The caves are inhabited by bats for sheltering during the winter.
