Ferno

Ferno-Lonate Pozzolo is a railway station in Italy. Located on the Busto Arsizio–Malpensa railway, it serves the towns of Ferno and Lonate Pozzolo in Lombardy.

Lonate Pozzolo is a town and comune located in the province of Varese, in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is served by Ferno-Lonate Pozzolo railway station. The airline Cargoitalia had its head office in the Avioport Logistics Park in Lonate Pozzolo.

Milan Malpensa Airport (IATA: MXP, ICAO: LIMC) is the largest international airport in northern Italy, serving Lombardy, Piedmont and Liguria, as well as the Swiss Canton of Ticino. The airport is 49 kilometres (30 mi) northwest of Milan, next to the Ticino river dividing Lombardy and Piedmont. Together with Linate Airport and Orio al Serio Airport, it forms the Milan airport system with 42,2 million passengers in 2022, the largest airport system in Italy by number of passengers.

Malpensa Aeroporto Terminal 2 is a railway station serving Terminal 2 of Milan-Malpensa Airport. It opened in 2016 with the 3.4 kilometer railway extension from the Terminal 1 railway station, thus becoming the western terminus of the Busto Arsizio–Malpensa Airport railway, managed by Ferrovienord.

Malpensa Aeroporto Terminal 1 is a railway station serving Terminal 1 of Milan–Malpensa Airport. It opened in 1999 as Malpensa Aeroporto, as the then western terminus of the Busto Arsizio–Malpensa Airport railway, and is managed by Ferrovienord. In 2016, following the 3.4 kilometer railway extension to Terminal 2, the station was renamed Malpensa Aeroporto Terminal 1.

Vizzola Ticino is a village and comune of the province of Varese in Lombardy, Italy. It is on the banks of the Ticino River, immediately to the west of Strada Provinciale 52 on the western perimeter of Malpensa Airport. In the late 19th century, the town was the site of one of the largest electrical generating facilities in Europe, powered by a canal run from the Ticino. The Caproni aircraft company had a manufacturing facility here and the Gianni Caproni Museum of Aeronautics was situated here from the 1960s to the 1980s.

Cardano al Campo is a town and comune (municipality) located in the province of Varese, in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. Cardano al Campo’s strategic location, only 2 km away from Milan-Malpensa Airport, makes it an ideal location for the local economy. Apart from that, the town is distant 35 km from Milan, being an affluent suburban town of the Milan metropolitan area .

Casorate Sempione is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Varese in the Italian region Lombardy, located 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southwest of Varese. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,334 and an area of 6.9 square kilometres (2.7 sq mi).Casorate Sempione borders the following municipalities: Arsago Seprio, Cardano al Campo, Gallarate, Somma Lombardo.

The Museo Arte Gallarate (MAGA) is a museum of modern and contemporary art in Gallarate, in the province of Varese in Lombardy in northern Italy. It was founded in 1966 as the Civica Galleria d'Arte Moderna di Gallarate to house works purchased from, and donated by, artists participating in the Premio Gallarate, a national art competition. It was renamed in 2010 and moved to a new building. The museum holds over 5000 works and the collection includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, graphic design works, photographs, and installations by artists including Carlo Carrà, Loris Cecchini, Gianni Colombo, Lucio Fontana, Ennio Morlotti, Bruno Munari and Studio Azzurro.: 52  Between 2015 and 2017 Museo MAGA had a second venue in the Palazzo Leone Da Perego, in Legnano, some 15 km to the south-east of Gallarate.

Gallarate railway station (Italian: Stazione di Gallarate) serves the town and comune of Gallarate, in the region of Lombardy, northern Italy. Opened in 1860, it is part of the Domodossola–Milan railway, and is a terminus of two secondary railways, Luino–Milan railway and Porto Ceresio–Milan railway. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company. Train services are operated by Trenitalia, Trenord and TILO.
