Kodër

Sarandë District (Albanian: Rrethi i Sarandës) was one of the 36 districts of Albania, which were dissolved in July 2000 and replaced by 12 newly created counties. It had a population of 35,235 in 2001, and an area of 730 km2 (280 sq mi). The centre of the district was the city of Sarandë. Other places included Konispol (at the border with Greece), Ksamil (a resort), Çukë, Vrinë and Butrint (an archeological site). Its territory is now part of Vlorë County: the municipalities of Sarandë, Konispol, Finiq (partly) and Himara (partly). Alongside ethnic Albanians, there is a considerable ethnic Greek minority. As of 2002, less than 30% of the inhabitants of the district were Greeks.

At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the village was 235, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.

Kulluricë (Greek: Κουλουρίτσα) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the village was 644, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.

At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. At 1993 the total population of the village was 178, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.

Livadhe (Greek: Λιβαδειά) is a village and a former commune in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Finiq. The population at the 2011 census was 1,165. The municipal unit consists of the villages Livadhja; Kulluricë; Llazat; Kalcat; Kodër; Lefter Talo; Vagalat; Gravë; Qesarat; Komat; Karroq; Grazhdan; and Zminec (all inhabited solely by Greeks), while Sopik is inhabited by an Orthodox Albanian population and Pandalejmon by Muslim Cham Albanians. A demographic study by Leonidas Kallivretakis in 1993, found that the population of the commune consisted of approximately 85% ethnic Greek Christians, 10% Albanian Christians, and 5% Cham Albanian Muslims.

Pandalejmon (Albanian definite form: Pandalejmoni) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the commune was 395, all Cham Albanians.

At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Finiq. The population at the 2011 census was 1,396, The municipal unit consists of the villages: Dhivër; Rumanxë; Memoraq; Navaricë; Dermish; Leshnicë e Sipërme; Leshnicë e Poshtme; Janicat; Llupsat; Cerkovicë; Shëndre and Maliçan.

Gravë (Albanian definite form: Grava; Greek: Γράβα) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the village was 674, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.
