Jermë

Sarandë District (Albanian: Rrethi i Sarandës) was one of the 36 districts of Albania, which were dissolved in July 2000 and replaced by 12 newly created counties. It had a population of 35,235 in 2001, and an area of 730 km2 (280 sq mi). The centre of the district was the city of Sarandë. Other places included Konispol (at the border with Greece), Ksamil (a resort), Çukë, Vrinë and Butrint (an archeological site). Its territory is now part of Vlorë County: the municipalities of Sarandë, Konispol, Finiq (partly) and Himara (partly). Alongside ethnic Albanians, there is a considerable ethnic Greek minority. As of 2002, less than 30% of the inhabitants of the district were Greeks.

Kodër (Albanian definite form: Kodra, Greek: Καλύβια Πασά) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the village was 591, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania. The etymology of the village comes from the Albanian word for hill which is Kodër.

Kulluricë (Greek: Κουλουρίτσα) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the village was 644, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.

Aliko (Albanian definite form: Alikoi; Greek: Αλύκο) is a village and a former commune in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Finiq. Besides the village Aliko from which it takes its name and which functions as well as an administrative center, the administrative unit consists of 9 other villages: Çaush; Dritas; Halo; Jermë; Neohor; Pllakë; Rahullë; Tremul; and Vurgu i Ri, which are inhabited solely by Greeks.

Pllakë (Albanian definite form: Pllaka; Greek: Πλάκα; romanized: Pláka) is a village in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality of Finiq. It is inhabited solely by Greeks. The village was formerly known as Memushbej (Greek: Μεμούσβεη).

Kalcat (Albanian definite form: Kalcati; Greek: Καλτσάτι/Καλτσάτες) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the village was 235, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.

Lefter Talo (Greek: Λευτέρη Τάλλιος) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. At 1993 the total population of the village was 178, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.

Çaush (Albanian definite form: Çaushi; Greek: Τσαούσι; romanized: Tsaoúsi) is a village in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality of Finiq. It is inhabited solely by Greeks.

Vurgu i Ri (Greek: Καινούργιο/Καινούριο; romanized: Kainoúrgio/Kainoúrio) is a village in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality of Finiq. Fieldwork conducted in 1993 found that the village is inhabited solely by Greeks.

Vurg (Albanian definite form: Vurgu; Greek: Βούργος Vourgos or Βούρκος Vourkos) is a plain and region in the southern part of Vlorë County, southwestern Albania.

Llazat (Greek: Λαζάτι) is a village in the former commune of Livadhe, Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. A 1993 study by Leonidas Kallivretakis found that the total population of the village was 299, all of them part of the Greek community in Albania.
