The Taichung Commercial Bank Headquarters, also known as Taichung Diamond (Chinese: 台中商銀新總行大樓 or Chinese: 台中之鑽) is an under construction skyscraper located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. It will be the tallest building in Taichung and the first building to surpass 200 m (660 ft) in Taichung. Designed by Aedas, the architectural height of building is 225 m (738 ft), the floor area is 115,310 m2 (1,241,200 sq ft), and it comprises 38 floors above ground, as well as 10 basement levels. It will be completed in 2023 and will become the headquarter of Taichung Bank as well as housing a luxury hotel.

Tiger City (Chinese: 老虎城購物中心; pinyin: Lǎohǔ chéng gòuwù zhòng xīn) is a shopping center in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan that opened on January 16, 2002.

As of December 2020, it is the 10th tallest building in Taichung and 30th tallest in Taiwan. The height of the building is 161 m (528 ft)}, with a floor area of 88,161.36 m2 (948,961.0 sq ft), and it comprises 41 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels.

The Four Seasons (Chinese: 四季天韻) is a 35-story, 138 m (453 ft) residential skyscraper completed in 2009 and located in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. As of February 2021, it is 28th tallest building in Taichung. Designed by the Taiwanese architectural firm Hsuyuan Kuo Architect & Associates, the building was constructed under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan.

The Taichung Time Square CBD (Chinese: 興富發CBD時代廣場; pinyin: Xìng fù fā CBD shídài guǎngchǎng) is a skyscraper office building located on 213 Chaofu Road, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. Construction of the building started in 2013 and it was completed in 2015. The height of the building is 149 m (489 ft), with a floor area of 66,660 m2 (717,500 sq ft), and it comprises 34 floors above ground, as well as seven basement levels. The building is 22nd tallest building in Taichung. The building is similar in appearance to Sompo Japan Building.

The Plato Palace (Chinese: 聯聚瑞和大廈; pinyin: Lián jù ruè hé dàshà) is a residential skyscraper located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. Construction of the tower began in 2017 and it was topped out in 2020. The height of the building is 172.8 m (567 ft), with a floor area of 46,585 m2 (501,440 sq ft), and it comprises 43 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels. As of January 2021, it is the tallest residential building in Taichung, 4th tallest building in Taichung and 20th tallest building in Taiwan. The building was constructed under strict requirements of preventing earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan.

The National Taichung Theater (Chinese: 臺中國家歌劇院; pinyin: Táizhōng Guójiā Gējù Yuàn; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tâi-Tiong Kok-Ka Koa-Ke̍k-Īⁿ) is an opera house in the Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone in the Situn District of Taichung, Taiwan. The estimated area of the structure is 57,685 square meters (620,920 sq ft). It was designed by Japanese architect Toyo Ito in collaboration with Cecil Balmond at Arup AGU. It was contracted on 11 November 2009 with construction planned for 45 months. The venue had a partial opening on 23 November 2014. It was officially opened in 2016.

The Yun Yan Building, also known as King's Vision (Chinese: 親家雲硯), is a 39-story, 143.7 m (471 ft) residential skyscraper completed in 2015 and located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The building has a total floor area of 56,936 m2 (612,850 sq ft) and six basement levels. As of February 2021, it is 24th tallest building in Taichung. The building was constructed under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan.

T3, also known as Chingjia International Center (Chinese: 親家T3市政國際中心; pinyin: Qìng jiā T3 shìzhèng guójì zhōngxīn), is a skyscraper office building located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The building was completed in 2013. The height of the building is 123 m (404 ft) and it comprises 30 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels. As of February 2021, it is the 49th tallest building in Taichung. The building is environmentally friendly and energy-saving and has a deep window glass façade. In addition to the 10-meter high three-entry style corridor entrance hall and modern offices, facilities of the office building includes a sky garden banquet hall on the top floor similar to the one at Lebua at State Tower in Bangkok, a fitness room on the 14th floor, and more than 10 conference rooms of various sizes.

The T-Power (Chinese: 親家市政廣場; pinyin: Qīn jiā shìzhèng guǎngchǎng) is a skyscraper office building located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The building was completed in 2018. The height of the building is 125.6 m (412 ft), the floor area is 30,911 m2 (332,720 sq ft), and it comprises 28 floors above ground, as well as seven basement levels.
