National Taichung Theater

The Du Show (Chinese: 聚合發獨秀) is a 34-story, 130.15 m (427.0 ft) residential skyscraper completed in 2013 and located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. As of March 2021, the building is the 35th tallest in Taichung. The building was constructed under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan.

Tiger City (Chinese: 老虎城購物中心; pinyin: Lǎohǔ chéng gòuwù zhòng xīn) is a shopping center in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan that opened on January 16, 2002.

The Yun Yan Building, also known as King's Vision (Chinese: 親家雲硯), is a 39-story, 143.7 m (471 ft) residential skyscraper completed in 2015 and located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The building has a total floor area of 56,936 m2 (612,850 sq ft) and six basement levels. As of February 2021, it is 24th tallest building in Taichung. The building was constructed under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan.

The Taichung Commercial Bank Headquarters, also known as Taichung Diamond (Chinese: 台中商銀新總行大樓 or Chinese: 台中之鑽) is an under construction skyscraper located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. It will be the tallest building in Taichung and the first building to surpass 200 m (660 ft) in Taichung. Designed by Aedas, the architectural height of building is 225 m (738 ft), the floor area is 115,310 m2 (1,241,200 sq ft), and it comprises 38 floors above ground, as well as 10 basement levels. It will be completed in 2023 and will become the headquarter of Taichung Bank as well as housing a luxury hotel.

The Ding Sheng BHW Taiwan Central Plaza (Chinese: 興富發鼎盛BHW; pinyin: Xìng fù fā dǐngshèng BHW) is a skyscraper office building located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The height of the building is 158.9 m (521 ft), the floor area is 104,138 m2 (1,120,930 sq ft), and it comprises 36 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels. Construction of the building began in 2012 and it was completed in 2015. The building is designed by EHS ArchiLab and Hsuyuan Kuo Architects & Associates and located next to the Tiger City shopping mall. As of February 2021, it is the 14th tallest building in Taichung and 43rd tallest in Taiwan.

The Treasure Garden (Chinese: 寶格; pinyin: Bǎo gé) is a residential skyscraper located in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. It is designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners. As of December 2020, it is the 9th tallest building in Taichung and 29th tallest in Taiwan. The height of the building is 160 m (520 ft), with a floor area of 29,349 m2 (315,910 sq ft), and it comprises 39 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels.

The Four Seasons (Chinese: 四季天韻) is a 35-story, 138 m (453 ft) residential skyscraper completed in 2009 and located in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. As of February 2021, it is 28th tallest building in Taichung. Designed by the Taiwanese architectural firm Hsuyuan Kuo Architect & Associates, the building was constructed under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan.

The Pao Huei Solitaire (Chinese: 寶輝秋紅谷) is a residential skyscraper located in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. As of December 2020, it is the 10th tallest building in Taichung and 30th tallest in Taiwan. The height of the building is 161 m (528 ft)}, with a floor area of 88,161.36 m2 (948,961.0 sq ft), and it comprises 41 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels.

T3, also known as Chingjia International Center (Chinese: 親家T3市政國際中心; pinyin: Qìng jiā T3 shìzhèng guójì zhōngxīn), is a skyscraper office building located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The building was completed in 2013. The height of the building is 123 m (404 ft) and it comprises 30 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels. As of February 2021, it is the 49th tallest building in Taichung. The building is environmentally friendly and energy-saving and has a deep window glass façade. In addition to the 10-meter high three-entry style corridor entrance hall and modern offices, facilities of the office building includes a sky garden banquet hall on the top floor similar to the one at Lebua at State Tower in Bangkok, a fitness room on the 14th floor, and more than 10 conference rooms of various sizes.

The Landmark (Chinese: 聯聚中雍大廈) is a skyscraper located in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. As of December 2020, it is the tallest in Taichung and 11th tallest in Taiwan. The height of the building is 192.0 m (629.9 ft), the floor area is 62,012 m2 (667,490 sq ft), and it comprises 39 floors above ground, as well as seven basement levels. The appearance design is based on the shape of a Chinese-style comb. The whole building adopts the most simple and stable long rectangle, and the corners are cut to arc to soften the skyline. The building materials of the whole building are made of beige granite and grey glass, and partly matched with dark grey metal panels.

The Global Strategy Center (Chinese: 豐邑A8市政核心; pinyin: Fēng yì A8 shìzhèng héxīn) is a skyscraper located in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. As of December 2020, it is the 4th tallest building in Taichung and 22nd tallest in Taiwan. The height of the building is 169.5 m (556 ft), the floor area is 74,094.7 m2 (797,549 sq ft), and it comprises 38 floors above ground, as well as seven basement levels.

The City Center Plaza (Chinese: 豐邑市政都心廣場; pinyin: Fēng yì shìzhèng dōuxīn guǎngchǎng) is a skyscraper office building located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The height of the building is 168 m (551 ft), the floor area is 92,496.24 m2 (995,621.2 sq ft), and it comprises 38 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels. As of December 2020, it is the 5th tallest building in Taichung and 23rd tallest in Taiwan.
