Tony Gwynn is a bronze sculpture by William Behrends depicting the professional baseball player of the same name, installed outside San Diego's Petco Park, in the U.S. state of California.

Gallagher Square (formerly Park at the Park) is a 2.7-acre (1.1 ha) park located outside the outfield fence of Petco Park in San Diego, California. It got its current name in December 2019 as part of a multiyear partnership making Gallagher the San Diego Padres' official insurance broker, benefits consultant and risk management services partner.

Petco Park is a baseball stadium in Downtown San Diego, California. It is the home ballpark of Major League Baseball's San Diego Padres. The park has also been used as a venue for concerts, soccer, golf, and rugby sevens. The ballpark is between Seventh and 10th Avenues south of J Street. The park opened in 2004, replacing Qualcomm Stadium as the home stadium of the Padres. The southern side of the stadium is bounded by San Diego Trolley light rail tracks along the north side of Harbor Drive, which serve the adjacent San Diego Convention Center. The portion of K Street between Seventh and 10th now is closed to automobiles and serves as a pedestrian promenade along the back of the left and center field outfield seating and also provides access to the Park at the Park behind center field. Two of the stadium's outfield entrance areas are located at K Street's intersections with Seventh and 10th avenues. The main entrance, behind home plate, is at the south end of Park Boulevard (at Imperial) and faces the San Diego Trolley station 12th & Imperial Transit Center. The ballpark is also located approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) away from Santa Fe Depot station, which is served by Amtrak and Coaster.

Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL) is a private law school in San Diego, California. It offers a Juris Doctor and three Master of Laws programs, including one that is exclusively online, as well as a combined J.D./M.B.A. with San Diego State University. The school is not approved by the American Bar Association (ABA), following the ABA's withdrawal of approval in December 2019. However, it is currently approved by the California State Bar’s Committee of Bar Examiners. As a result, graduates are generally not able to take the bar or practice law outside of California.

Gaslamp Quarter is a station of the Green and Silver Lines on the San Diego Trolley. It is located in the Gaslamp Quarter section of the city and serves the surrounding trendy neighborhood. A variety of entertainment destinations and restaurants, as well as Petco Park, are accessible from the station. This station opened June 30, 1990 as part of the Orange Line's (then called the East Line) Bayside Extension; it should not be confused with the original Gaslamp (North) station that opened in 1981 and was permanently renamed the Fifth Avenue station in 1986. The station remained open while undergoing renovations from February through July 2013, as part of the Trolley Renewal Project.On September 2, 2012, service to this station by the Orange Line was replaced by the Green Line as part of a system redesign.

The Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge crosses Harbor Drive at Park Boulevard in downtown San Diego, California. It is 550 feet (170 m) long which makes it one of the longest self-anchored pedestrian bridges in the world. The span measures 350 feet (110 m) while the remainder is approaches.Completed in March 2011, the bridge was built to accommodate pedestrian traffic from the Petco Park baseball stadium crossing to and from parking areas on the other side of Harbor Drive at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. The bridge crosses over six lanes of traffic, a rail yard and trolley tracks, and connects the convention center with the Gaslamp Quarter and the East Village. It is accessible by stairs and elevators. The bridge is suspended from a single 131-foot (40 m) tall pylon set into the ground at a 60 degree angle. The unusual, "eyecatching" structure features a curved concrete deck that is suspended only on the deck's inside curve by a single pair of suspension cables. The bridge was constructed using stainless steel and has lighting above and below the deck. It has been described as "a sleek, nautically themed bridge with a very nice view of the city."The Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge was built by Reyes Construction, Inc. T.Y. Lin International engineered the project, and Safdie Rabines Architects was project architect. It cost $26.8 million and was funded in part by a $6 million grant from the California Transportation Commission.

The Tivoli Bar and Grill is the oldest bar in San Diego, California, located at 505 Sixth Ave. in the Gaslamp Quarter. It opened as a saloon in 1885.Between 1872 and 1885, the building housed a boarding house, a feed store, and a blacksmith shop, and the nine apartments above the bar were once used as a brothel.The bar retains its original wooden bar and back bar, and the first cash register to be installed is still on display. Wyatt Earp was once a regular at the bar.

The James R. Mills Building is a 120-foot (37 m) mid-rise governmental office tower in San Diego, California, United States. The building is alternatively known as the MTS Tower, as it is the headquarters of the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS). The building also houses various County of San Diego offices. The building was completed in 1989 and is located directly above 12th & Imperial Transit Center, a major transfer point in the San Diego Trolley system, with trains passing through the base of the building. A 200-foot (61 m) clock tower is located in the plaza in front of the building. There is a 1,020-car parking garage located adjacent to the building which offers paid parking for employees and MTS patrons. The building is named in honor of James R. Mills (June 6, 1927 – March 27, 2021), a California state lawmaker who authored legislation creating the San Diego Trolley. He was also chairman of the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board (the predecessor of today's Metropolitan Transit System) from 1985 to 1994.
