Independent Order of Odd Fellows Building is a historic building in San Diego, California's Gaslamp Quarter. Built in 1882, the Odd Fellows Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Tivoli Bar and Grill is the oldest bar in San Diego, California, located at 505 Sixth Ave. in the Gaslamp Quarter. It opened as a saloon in 1885.Between 1872 and 1885, the building housed a boarding house, a feed store, and a blacksmith shop, and the nine apartments above the bar were once used as a brothel.The bar retains its original wooden bar and back bar, and the first cash register to be installed is still on display. Wyatt Earp was once a regular at the bar.

The Eagles Hall in San Diego, California is a Classical Revival building designed and built in 1917 and significantly modified in 1934 according to designs by the same architects. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.It is a three-story monumental building. The modified building has 18,000 square feet (1,700 m2) on a 100 by 96 feet (30 m × 29 m) plan.

The Gaslamp Quarter is a 16½-block neighborhood in the downtown area of San Diego, California. It extends from Broadway to Harbor Drive, and from 4th to 6th Avenue. Listed as a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places as Gaslamp Quarter Historic District, it includes 94 historic buildings, most of which were constructed in the Victorian Era; many are in use as restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and nightclubs. It is the site of various events and festivals, including Mardi Gras in the Gaslamp, Street Scene Music Festival, Taste of Gaslamp, and ShamROCK, a St. Patrick's Day event. Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres, is one block away in the East Village neighborhood. San Diegans generally refer to the area as "the Gaslamp", rarely "Gaslamp Quarter", as on the entryway arch and official city signage and banners.

Gallagher Square (formerly Park at the Park) is a 2.7-acre (1.1 ha) park located outside the outfield fence of Petco Park in San Diego, California. It got its current name in December 2019 as part of a multiyear partnership making Gallagher the San Diego Padres' official insurance broker, benefits consultant and risk management services partner.

Tony Gwynn is a bronze sculpture by William Behrends depicting the professional baseball player of the same name, installed outside San Diego's Petco Park, in the U.S. state of California.

The Simmons Hotel is an historic structure located at 542 6th Avenue in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1906.

The Alan John Factory is a historic structure located at 568 6th Avenue in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1908.

The Sterling Hardware Building is an historic structure located at 530 6th Avenue in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1887.

Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL) is a private law school in San Diego, California. It offers a Juris Doctor and three Master of Laws programs, including one that is exclusively online, as well as a combined J.D./M.B.A. with San Diego State University. The school is not approved by the American Bar Association (ABA), following the ABA's withdrawal of approval in December 2019. However, it is currently approved by the California State Bar’s Committee of Bar Examiners. As a result, graduates are generally not able to take the bar or practice law outside of California.

The Manila Cafe is an historic structure located at 515 5th Avenue in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1930, and has housed several restaurants since then, including but not limited to, the Mandarin Cafe (1931 to 1933), Owl Hotel, and Kid Jerome Billiard Hall (1940 to 1943). In 2014, a new tenant took over the building and made modifications to the exterior. However, the upper story and its distinctive roof remain intact. Several businesses currently occupy the space, including a 7-Eleven, Fident Capital, and Gbod Hospitality Group.
