Frank J. Kaufman House

The Johnson-Campbell House was built at a time when East Broad Street was a tree-lined avenue featuring the most ornate houses in Columbus; the house reflects the character of the area at the time.The house was built in 1906 and designed with Georgian influences by Richards, McCarty & Bulford. It was built for Edward Johnson, president of the Lorain Coal & Dock Co. His family occupied the house until 1912, after which it held the Joseph C. Campbell family, until 1943.

The Joseph F. Firestone House was a historic house at 1266 E. Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. The building contributed to the East Broad Street Historic District, on the National Register of Historic Places. It was demolished by the Columbus Foundation in 2008. The house was built from 1905 to 1906 to designs by Frank Packard, one of Columbus's most prolific architects.

The Columbus Public Health building, the former Engine House No. 12 and Fair Avenue Elementary School, Franklin Park, and the Franklin Park Conservatory all lie within the National Register district. Both historic districts include the Joseph Warren Yost House at 1216 Bryden Road, designed by the prominent architect, as well as the Charles Frederick Myers house.

The Avery Pontiac Building is a historic building in Columbus, Ohio. It is located in Columbus's Near East Side, roughly between the Franklin Park and Olde Towne East neighborhoods. The building was added to the Columbus Near East Side District (on the National Register of Historic Places) in 1978. It was individually listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1984. The 22,500 sq ft (2,090 m2) building was constructed as the Avery Pontiac dealership in 1909. It became used for a warehouse and later as an artist and photographer living space. In March 2017, the city forced over a dozen tenants out, after finding numerous serious code violations and deeming it unsafe for habitation. In November 2017, a developer announced it wants to convert the buildings into apartment units and a first-floor restaurant. The project, estimated to cost $1.5 million, would create 15 living units. A renovation process was reported to be approved by city commissions, though not yet approved by city council, as of January 2018.

S.G. Prentiss, assistant cashier for the Hayden-Clinton National Bank, lived there from 1910 to 1914.

Broad Street Christian Church is a historic church building on the near east side of Columbus, Ohio, United States. The edifice was constructed in an exclusive residential neighborhood at the beginning of the twentieth century, and it has been designated a historic site. It was home for most of its history to a Disciples of Christ congregation, and is now the seat of an Ethiopian Orthodox congregation.

The Joseph Warren Yost House is a historic house in Columbus, Ohio. It was added to the Columbus Near East Side District (part of the National Register of Historic Places) in 1978, and the Bryden Road District (part of the Columbus Register of Historic Properties) in 1990.The house was built c. 1895 for Joseph Warren Yost, a prominent Columbus architect, who also designed the house. The building has rich decorations and detail, including a combination of stone, brick, and terracotta, as well as French-inspired bellcast roofs.The home's design has numerous similarities to the Charles Frederick Myers house, situated on Bryden a few blocks to the east, and presumably also designed by Yost.

The 21st & E. Broad Historic District is a historic district on Broad Street in the Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio. The district was added to the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1988. Its properties were added to the E. Broad St. Multiple Resources Area on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Scofield-Sanor House is a historic house in Columbus, Ohio, United States. The house was built in 1899 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. The Scofield-Sanor House was built at a time when East Broad Street was a tree-lined avenue featuring the most ornate houses in Columbus; the house reflects the character of the area at the time. The building is also part of the 21st & E. Broad Historic Group on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties, added to the register in 1988. Lovett T. Scofield, president of the Andrus-Scofield Company, lived in the house from 1910 to 1914. Daniel G. Sanor lived there later on, from 1918 to 1931. Gertrude Starr was a subsequent resident, renting several rooms. The Ohio State Grange acquired the property in 1950, and has used it as its headquarters since then.
