Hotel Eastlund is a hotel in Portland, Oregon's Lloyd District, in the United States. The building opened as the Cosmopolitan Motor Hotel in 1962. Following a remodel, Hotel Eastlund began operating in 2015. The restaurant Altabira City Tavern was located in the hotel until 2020.

Altabira City Tavern, or simply Altabira, was an American restaurant on the top of Hotel Eastlund in Portland, Oregon's Lloyd District. The restaurant opened in 2015 and closed in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Kaiser Permanente Building, also known as the Lloyd 500 Building, is a 16-story building located at 500 Northeast Multnomah Street in Portland, Oregon's Lloyd District, in the United States. Construction began in 1972 and was completed in 1974.

The Hyatt Regency Portland (or Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center) is a high-rise building and Hyatt hotel in Portland, Oregon, United States. Opened in December 2019, the hotel is located on Northeast Holladay Street at 2nd Avenue, in the Lloyd District, across the street from the Oregon Convention Center. The hotel also has 39,000 square feet of convention space.

The Dream, also known as the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Sculpture, is an outdoor bronze sculpture of Martin Luther King Jr. by Michael Florin Dente, located outside the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon. The 8-foot (2.4 m) memorial statue was dedicated on August 28, 1998, the 35th anniversary of King's "I Have a Dream" speech. It depicts King plus three allegorical sculptures: a man who symbolizes the American worker, a woman who represents immigration, and a young girl shown releasing King's coattail, who represents, according to Dente, the "letting go" that occurs when people sacrifice their time and energy to engage in a struggle. The sculpture is part of the City of Portland and Multnomah County Public Art Collection, courtesy of the Regional Arts & Culture Council. Lee P. Brown and Vera Katz, mayors of Houston and Portland, respectively, were present at the dedication ceremony. The memorial has been used as a reference point for gatherings. It has also appeared in public art guides and walking tours. Seventy-five bronze replicas of the work exist, and Dente planned to send pieces of the original mold to each of the replicas' owners once all were sold.

Convention Center station is a light rail station on the MAX Blue, Green and Red Lines in Portland, Oregon. It is the 8th stop eastbound on the current Eastside MAX, having not been built when the original line opened, in 1986. It was built to serve the Oregon Convention Center, which did not exist when the MAX line opened, and was completed and opened in the same month as the Convention Center, September 1990.The station is located on Northeast Holladay Street at its intersection with Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Although the station primarily serves the Oregon Convention Center, and the main entry to that building faces the light rail station, there are also a number of hotels immediately east and also north of the station. From 2001 to 2012, this station was located within Fareless Square (renamed the Free Rail Zone in 2010), but the free-ride zone was discontinued in September 2012.

Host Analog is an outdoor 1991 sculpture by Buster Simpson located outside the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon, United States.

Bell Circles II, also known as Sapporo Friendship Bell and part of the sound installation by composer Robert Coburn called Bell and Wind Environment (along with Korean Temple Bell), is an outdoor bronze bell by an unknown Japanese artist, housed in a brick and granite pagoda outside the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon, United States. The temple bell was presented by the people of Portland's sister city Sapporo, Japan and dedicated in February 1990. It cost $59,000 and was funded through the Convention Center's One Percent for Art program and by private donors. According to the Smithsonian Institution, some residents raised concerns about the bell's religious symbolism and its placement outside a public building. It was surveyed and considered "treatment needed" by the Smithsonian's "Save Outdoor Sculpture!" program in July 1993.

North Pacific College was a private, post-secondary educational institution located in Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. A professional school, North Pacific had pharmacy, dental, and optometry programs. The dental program was purchased by the state of Oregon and merged into the University of Oregon School of Medicine and now exists as the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry. The optometry school was merged into Pacific University and still exists as the Pacific University College of Optometry.

Liberty Centre, also known as One Liberty Centre, is a skyscraper located at 633 Northeast Liberty Place in Portland, Oregon's Lloyd District, in the United States.Knowledge Universe occupied space in the building, as of mid 2014.

Northeast 7th Avenue is a light rail station on the Blue, Green and Red Lines in Portland, Oregon. It is the 9th stop eastbound on the Eastside MAX. The station is located at the area of Northeast 7th Avenue and Holladay Street. The station primarily serves a large complex of Oregon government buildings and office buildings. From 2001 to 2012, this station was located within Fareless Square (renamed the Free Rail Zone in 2010), but the free-ride zone was discontinued in September 2012. Bus line 70-12th/NE 33rd Avenue stops nearby on 9th Avenue. The station also provides a connection with Portland Streetcar's Loop Service (called the Central Loop until 2015), with southbound streetcars (the A Loop) crossing the MAX tracks just west of the platform and serving a stop one block to the north (stop ID 13611). Due to major building construction adjacent, the station was temporarily closed for more than one year in 2014–2015. As of mid-March 2014, the closure was scheduled to begin on March 31, 2014, and last about one year. As of April 23, 2015, the station was scheduled to reopen on May 3, 2015.

The Hassalo on Eighth is a multi-building, mixed-use high-rise building located in the Lloyd District of Portland, Oregon, United States. Completed in 2015, the tallest tower rises to a height of 265 ft (81 m). The three-building development contains both residential and commercial space.
