Alcester ( (listen)) is a market town and civil parish of Roman origin at the junction of the River Alne and River Arrow in the Stratford-on-Avon District in Warwickshire, England, approximately 8 mi (13 km) west of Stratford-upon-Avon, and 7 miles south of Redditch, close to the Worcestershire border. In 2020, the population of the parish was estimated at 6,202, with 7,146 in the built-up area.

The Three Tuns is a public house in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. Originally built as a private house in the 17th century it is of timber-framed construction with a 19th-century build-out into the street at ground-floor level. A passage provides access to a rear yard containing an associated dwelling, Talbot Cottage. The pub and cottage are protected as grade II listed buildings. The pub suffered a fire in April 2021 that has left it unused and without a roof since.

St Benedict's Catholic High School is a co-educational Roman Catholic secondary school and sixth form. It is located in Alcester in the English county of Warwickshire. The school is named after Saint Benedict of Nursia, the patron saint of Europe and students. Established in 1963, it is an academy school (converted in 2017) overseen by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham and the Catholic Education Service. The catchment area for the school includes Alcester, Bidford-on-Avon, Chipping Campden, Evesham, Redditch, Stratford-upon-Avon and Studley.St Benedict's Catholic High School offers GCSEs as programmes of study for pupils, while students in the Sixth Form college have the option to study from a range of BTECs and A-Levels.St Benedict's became an academy in 2017, with the Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Company. Alcester Abbey was a Benedictine monastery in Alcester, Warwickshire in England, founded in 1138 by the Botellers of Oversley, Warwickshire. Its many endowments included the Chapel of St. James and St. Peter, near Shaftesbury, Dorset; the manor of Blynfield in the parish of St. James, which is known as the 'Manor of Alcester and Bec'; and a number of other churches and estates. The last of its priors was Richard Tutbury, from 1459 to 1466. In 1467 it was annexed by Evesham Abbey, from whence it had a prior or warden who was an Evesham monk. In 1536 its ownership was transferred to Thomas Cromwell. Little now remains of the site.

Alcester Grammar School (AGS) is a co-educational 11-18 maintained selective grammar school, situated in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. On 1 April 2011, Alcester Grammar School became the first school in south Warwickshire to achieve academy status.

River Arrow Nature Reserve is a local nature reserve located alongside the River Arrow in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. The reserve was set up by Stratford-on-Avon District Council and English Nature to benefit the Alcester community. The creation of the Reserve has allowed the habitat to be preserved and provides an area for local schools to study wildlife. The Reserve is managed by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Warwickshire Wildlife Trust (WWT) and the River Arrow Local Nature Reserve steering group. The majority of the work done to maintain the reserve is undertaken by local volunteers with guidance from the WWT.

Alcester Town Football Club is a football club based in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. They are currently members of the Midland League Division Two and play at Stratford Road.

Arrow is a village in the Stratford-on-Avon district of Warwickshire, England. Together with the entirely rural hamlet of Weethley, it forms since 1 April 2004 the civil parish of Arrow with Weethley. The parish lies midway between Redditch and Evesham. From Alcester the River Arrow flows southwards to the river Avon, and to the west of the river the present road to Evesham joins that to Worcester at a busy junction where, near the Old Toll House, stands the hamlet of Arrow, a group of modernized black and white farm workers' cottages which have risen up the social scale to become homes for business people. Arrow with Weethley parish falls under the local government district and parliamentary constituency of Stratford-on-Avon, and the Church of England Diocese of Coventry. In 2001 the parish had a population of 208.

Alcester Academy (formerly known as Alcester High School Technology College) is a state secondary school that educates girls and boys aged between 11 and 16, in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. It serves both Alcester and other surrounding villages such as Bidford-on-Avon.

Kinwarton Dovecote is circular 14th-century dovecote situated on the edge of the village of Kinwarton, near Alcester, Warwickshire, England. The dovecote is in the ownership of the National Trust and is a scheduled monument.The building still houses doves to this day and is noted for its "potence" (a pivoted ladder) which provides access to the nesting boxes.

Wixford railway station was a railway station serving Wixford, a village in the English county of Warwickshire. Located on the edge of the village it was accessed by steps down from a bridge carrying the B4085 (Icknield Street). Opened 17 September 1866 the station was originally going to be a temporary one but was eventually made permanent by the Midland Railway. From the start the station was staffed from a small wooden hut which included the waiting room and toilet. As well as the hut there were lampposts for lighting and a bench. There was a single track siding which included a loading gauge, portable livestock ramp and a small goods shed. Aside from a short period in 1901 when the nearby River Arrow flooded and damaged the line, the station remained open through to 1950. Passenger and freight services ended on the same day that year, although the line was operational for several years afterwards before being closed in 1962 and lifted in 1965. The station site is still accessible and although the track bed is completely covered there are remains of the platform.
