The A435 is a main road in England running between Birmingham and Cirencester (although most of the section between Alcester and just north of Cheltenham has been reclassified as the A46).

Alcester was a railway station serving Alcester in the English county of Warwickshire.

Alcester Grammar School (AGS) is a co-educational 11-18 maintained selective grammar school, situated in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. On 1 April 2011, Alcester Grammar School became the first school in south Warwickshire to achieve academy status.

Ragley Hall in the parish of Arrow in Warwickshire is a stately home, located south of Alcester and eight miles (13 km) west of Stratford-upon-Avon. It is the ancestral seat of the Seymour-Conway family, Marquesses of Hertford.

The Three Tuns is a public house in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. Originally built as a private house in the 17th century it is of timber-framed construction with a 19th-century build-out into the street at ground-floor level. A passage provides access to a rear yard containing an associated dwelling, Talbot Cottage. The pub and cottage are protected as grade II listed buildings. The pub suffered a fire in April 2021 that has left it unused and without a roof since.

Alcester Abbey was a Benedictine monastery in Alcester, Warwickshire in England, founded in 1138 by the Botellers of Oversley, Warwickshire. Its many endowments included the Chapel of St. James and St. Peter, near Shaftesbury, Dorset; the manor of Blynfield in the parish of St. James, which is known as the 'Manor of Alcester and Bec'; and a number of other churches and estates. The last of its priors was Richard Tutbury, from 1459 to 1466. In 1467 it was annexed by Evesham Abbey, from whence it had a prior or warden who was an Evesham monk. In 1536 its ownership was transferred to Thomas Cromwell. Little now remains of the site.

The Jerwood Foundation's sculpture collection was a collection of 20th and 21st century sculptures. They were displayed at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire, England. Most of the collection was sold in 2012 at Sotheby's and can no longer be seen at Ragley Hall. From its beginning in 1999, Jerwood Sculpture displayed large sculptures in natural environments. It was established by the Jerwood Foundation, a major UK funder of arts, education and science. Alongside works by artists of international reputation such as Dame Elisabeth Frink R.A., Lynn Chadwick R.A., Kenneth Armitage R.A., Michael Ayrton and Antony Gormley R.A., Peter Randall-Page, the Jerwood Sculpture collection included works by emerging artists who had won the Jerwood Sculpture Prize.

Alcester ( (listen)) is a market town and civil parish of Roman origin at the junction of the River Alne and River Arrow in the Stratford-on-Avon District in Warwickshire, England, approximately 8 mi (13 km) west of Stratford-upon-Avon, and 7 miles south of Redditch, close to the Worcestershire border. In 2020, the population of the parish was estimated at 6,202, with 7,146 in the built-up area.

River Arrow Nature Reserve is a local nature reserve located alongside the River Arrow in Alcester, Warwickshire, England. The reserve was set up by Stratford-on-Avon District Council and English Nature to benefit the Alcester community. The creation of the Reserve has allowed the habitat to be preserved and provides an area for local schools to study wildlife. The Reserve is managed by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Warwickshire Wildlife Trust (WWT) and the River Arrow Local Nature Reserve steering group. The majority of the work done to maintain the reserve is undertaken by local volunteers with guidance from the WWT.

Alcester Town Hall is the town hall of Alcester, Warwickshire, England. It is a grade I listed building.

Arrow with Weethley is a civil parish in the Stratford-on-Avon district of Warwickshire, England. The parish lies midway between Redditch and Evesham. As its name suggests, it contains the villages of Arrow and Weethley. The parish was created on 1 April 2004 by the merger of the two formerly separate parishes. [1] The parish's population was 226 as of the 2011 census. The parish falls under the Stratford-on-Avon District Council ward of Alcester & Rural, the Warwickshire County Council division of Alcester, and the parliamentary constituency of Stratford-on-Avon, whose MP since 2010 is Nadhim Zahawi of the Conservative Party. Ragley Hall is within the parish.

Wixford railway station was a railway station serving Wixford, a village in the English county of Warwickshire. Located on the edge of the village it was accessed by steps down from a bridge carrying the B4085 (Icknield Street). Opened 17 September 1866 the station was originally going to be a temporary one but was eventually made permanent by the Midland Railway. From the start the station was staffed from a small wooden hut which included the waiting room and toilet. As well as the hut there were lampposts for lighting and a bench. There was a single track siding which included a loading gauge, portable livestock ramp and a small goods shed. Aside from a short period in 1901 when the nearby River Arrow flooded and damaged the line, the station remained open through to 1950. Passenger and freight services ended on the same day that year, although the line was operational for several years afterwards before being closed in 1962 and lifted in 1965. The station site is still accessible and although the track bed is completely covered there are remains of the platform.
