The Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts (Ukrainian: Київська муніципальна академія естрадного та циркового мистецтва) is a Ukrainian institution of higher education, training stage and circus performers. Founded as a Republic-wide studio in 1961 in the Ukrainian SSR, it became a state school, and later the Kyiv State College of Circus and Variety Arts. In 2008 it gained the status of a Municipal Academy.The Academy has three faculty divisions comprising 190 instructors: the Circus Art Faculty, the Musical Art Faculty, and the Theatrical Art Faculty.

Museum of Outstanding Figures of Ukrainian Culture (Ukrainian: Музей видатних діячів української культури) is one of the museums in Kyiv, Ukraine, dedicated to prominent Ukrainian Culture celebrities: Lesia Ukrainka, Mykola Lysenko, Panas Saksagansky, Mykhailo Starytsky. It was founded in 1987. The reason to create this museum space was the fact that in the late 19th — early 20th centuries at this area lived the families of such Ukrainian Culture celebrities as Lesia Ukrainka, Mykola Lysenko, Panas Saksagansky and Mykhailo Starytsky. The memorial buildings have been preserved till now; they are natural borders of the Museum's territory. Each of this houses has an exposition depicting the life and creative activities of the celebrity.

Kuchmyn Yar Street is a street located in the Batyieva Hora neighborhood, Solomianskyi District of Kyiv, Ukraine. It is located between Petra Krivonosa Square and Rozdilna street. The street was founded in the 19th century and was originally named Kuchmyn Yar. Between 1955 and 2017 street was named Krasnodonska. Kyiv City Council deputies at a plenary meeting on Oct. 12, 2017, supported the renaming of ten streets in Kyiv and gave names to 39 new streets. Kuchmyn Yar became the new name for Krasnodonskaa. The embassy of Saudi Arabia in Ukraine is located on number 1-3, Kuchmyn Yar Street.

Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi (Kyiv-Passenger, Ukrainian: Київ-Пасажирський) is a railway station in the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. The station is a railway hub consisting of several railroad station buildings, along with its own repair facilities the Kyiv Electric Railcar Repair Shop, a railway depot with railyard, and the railway sports complex, which is integrated into the cityscape. The station is part of the so-called Kyiv Southern Railway loop. Serving more than 170,000 passengers per day (as of 2005), the complex contains several buildings. The Central and Southern (Pivdennyi) Station buildings are located on both sides of the tracks used by long-distance trains, connected with an overpass leading the station platform. They serve international trains, most Ukrzaliznytsia passenger trains, some suburban trains, and the Kyiv Boryspil Express to the Boryspil International Airport. Adjacent to the Central building is the Suburban (Prymiskyi) station building which serves short-distance service (elektrichka) for suburbs (including dacha areas), minor city stations, and nearby regions as well as the Kyivpastrans' urban rail passing through the Northern (Pivnichna) railway stop. The Kyiv Metro station Vokzalna of the Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line adjoins the complex, constituting the station's main intersection with city transport. The Kyiv tram station Starovokzalna (the terminal of Kyiv's Right-Bank high-speed tram line) is also adjacent via a passageway.

Sumy (Ukrainian: Суми) is a railway station in Sumy, Ukraine. It is a major freight and passenger station, the main one of the Sumy Directorate of Southern Railways on the Bilopillya-Basy line. It is located in the north of Kovpakivskyi District of Sumy.

The Mykola Shchors monument was an equestrian statue to Red Army commander (and member of the Russian Communist Party) Mykola Shchors erected in 1954, and located at an intersection of Symona Petliury Street and Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, Kyiv, Ukraine, that was dismantled on 9 December 2023.

Starovokzalna (Ukrainian: Старовокзальна) is the final station of the right-bank line the Kyiv Light Rail, located near the city's main railway station Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi. It was originally opened in 1989 as a tram stop. On October 16, 2010, the station was reopened after reconstruction to service light rail trams.

Vokzalna (Ukrainian: Вокзальна, ) is a station on Kyiv Metro's Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line. The station was opened along with the Metro on 6 November 1960 and is named after Kyiv's Central rail station (Vokzal) Decoratively the station is reminiscent of the 1950s stations seen in Moscow Metro, particularly VDNKh. To justify the name of a main railway terminal and thus as a gateway to the system and to Kyiv the architects (V.Yezhov, E.Katonyn, V.Skyharov, I.Shemsedinov, A.Dobrovolsky and I.Maslenkov) took a pylon trivault design with bright white marbled pylons and white ceramic tiles on the walls. Lighting comes from square chandeliers suspended from the apex of the vault. The pylons are decorated with bronze medallions depicting the various episodes from Ukrainian and Soviet history (artist O. Mizin); they are planned to be removed due to 2015 decommunization laws.) In the far end of the station is a bronze grill that used to have a large image of Lenin. The station's round vestibule is part of a larger structure which contains platforms leaving to the commuter trains. On 16 August 2006, the Construction Committee of Kyiv approved plans for a second exit to open on the opposite side of the railway station with access to the southern terminal. The station will also serve as a future transfer to Podilsko-Voskresenska Line, with Vokzalna-II to open in 2015.

Halytska Square (Ukrainian: Площа Галицька, lit. 'Galicia Square', translit.: Ploshcha Halytska) in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, is a large square in the city. The square is in Shevchenkivskyi District and located on Kyiv's main westward thoroughfare (Prospect Beresteiskyi – bulvar Tarasa Shevchenka) being its one of the main transportation hubs. Located on the opposite side of the Old Kyiv, the square is also one of extreme points of the neighborhood along with Maidan Nezalezhnosti. It is a crossing of several historic streets such as Saksahansky street, Taras Shevchenko boulevard, Zhuliany street, Boulevard-Kudriavets street - it is a beginning of Prospect Beresteiskyi - one of the longest and broadest avenues (parkway) in the city. It gained its current name in February 2023. Prior to that it was named Victory Square (Ukrainian: Площа Перемоги, translit.: Ploshcha Peremohy), this name was dedicated to victory in World War II.

The Hero City monument (officially, the Obelisk in honor of the hero city of Kyiv, Ukrainian: Обеліск на честь міста-героя Києва), is a World War II memorial in Halytska Square in Kyiv, Ukraine. It is a 30 m-tall (98 ft) obelisk that was erected in 1982, during the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. In its original form it was marked with the dates "1941" and "1945", the starting and ending dates of World War II according to the Soviet Union, and featured a "hero star" reflecting Kyiv's status as a Soviet Hero City. Since the Revolution of Dignity in 2014 the Ukrainian authorities have been decommunizing Ukraine's Soviet-era monuments, in a process which has been accelerated following the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. On 9 February 2023, Kyiv city council renamed the square back from its Soviet-era name of Victory Square to its original name Halytska Square.On 15 September 2023, the Soviet stars were removed from the obelisk, together with the annotation board in the Russian language, and the "1941" marking was changed to "1939" to match the official Ukrainian date for the start of World War II.

Opera Hotel is the deluxe boutique hotel launched on 20 December 2006 in Kyiv, Ukraine.The hotel is located in the center of Kyiv at the crossroads of the business, cultural and historical districts, not far from the Kyiv Opera and St. Vladimir's Cathedral. The hotel was built in 1906 and is an architectural monument.In 2007, the Opera hotel was awarded “Europe’s Leading New Business Hotel 2007” at the XIV International Ceremony World Travel Awards in Newcastle, UK.
