The Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts (Ukrainian: Київська муніципальна академія естрадного та циркового мистецтва) is a Ukrainian institution of higher education, training stage and circus performers. Founded as a Republic-wide studio in 1961 in the Ukrainian SSR, it became a state school, and later the Kyiv State College of Circus and Variety Arts. In 2008 it gained the status of a Municipal Academy.The Academy has three faculty divisions comprising 190 instructors: the Circus Art Faculty, the Musical Art Faculty, and the Theatrical Art Faculty.

101 Tower is a 27-story high skyscraper in Kyiv, Ukraine, completed in 2012. The building was among the most prestigious office centers in Kyiv and included among its tenets the headquarters of Samsung in Ukraine and the visa department of the German Embassy. In October 2022 the building was seriously damaged russian airstrikes against Kyiv conducted as part of russias ongoing invasion of Ukraine and is currently closed waiting for reconstruction.

The Mykola Shchors monument was an equestrian statue to Red Army commander (and member of the Russian Communist Party) Mykola Shchors erected in 1954, and located at an intersection of Symona Petliury Street and Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, Kyiv, Ukraine, that was dismantled on 9 December 2023.

The Victor Kosenko Museum is a museum in Kyiv, Ukraine, which memorializes the life of Victor Kosenko, who was a prominent Ukrainian musician, teacher, and public figure in the early 20th century. The museum opened in 1938, the year of his death, and is housed in the building in which Kosenko lived in the last few months of his life from 11 May 1938 to 3 October 1938. The museum is maintained in its original 1930s style and is a popular tourist destination in the city. In addition, the building is used by the local Union of Composers to host concerts, lectures, and meetings. More than five thousand exhibits are kept in the apartment.

The A.V. Fomin Botanical Garden (sometimes translitterated as O.V. Fomin Botanical Garden) is one of the oldest botanical gardens in Ukraine, located in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. In 1839 the Saint Vladimir Imperial University of Kiev opened its own botanical garden. The botanical garden is 22.5 hectares (0.225 km2), with 8,000 plant species, including 143 recorded in the Ukraine's Red Book of Rare Species. The Garden is famous for its exotic plants: it has the biggest collection of succulents among the countries of the former Soviet Union. The greenhouse, which was built for the largest and the oldest palm trees in Northern Eurasia, is among the highest in the world. In 1935, the garden was named after the academician and botanist Aleksandr Vasiljevich Fomin, who directed the garden for years. The vestibule of the Kyiv Metro station Universytet, is located on the northern edge of the garden, which was opened in 1960.(Google Maps link).

Universytet (Ukrainian: Унiверситет, (listen)) is a station on the Kyiv Metro's Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line. The station was opened on 6 November 1960 as part of the first stage of the metro's construction. It is named after the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which is located in direct proximity to the station itself.

The Hilton Kyiv is a 5-star hotel located in Kyiv, Ukraine. The hotel is a branch of the Hilton Hotels chain. It is a part of the residential complex H-Tower, which is located in the city center at Taras Shevchenko Boulevard. The complex was designed by the renowned British architect John Seifert, who also designed other 10 Hilton hotels in London, Paris, Antwerpen and Dubrovnik.

The hotel was built in 1906 and is an architectural monument.In 2007, the Opera hotel was awarded “Europe’s Leading New Business Hotel 2007” at the XIV International Ceremony World Travel Awards in Newcastle, UK.

St Volodymyr's Cathedral (Ukrainian: Володимирський собор) is a cathedral in the centre of Kyiv. It is one of the city's major landmarks and the mother cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church – Kyiv Patriarchate, one of the churches of Orthodox tradition in Ukraine.
