Franklin County Memorial Hall, also known simply as Memorial Hall, is an office building, multi-use facility, and memorial for war dead in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The building is best-known today as the headquarters of Franklin County Public Health.

St. Joseph Cathedral is a Catholic cathedral located in Columbus, Ohio, United States which serves as the seat of the Diocese of Columbus. The church building, completed in 1878, is located on Broad Street in Downtown Columbus

The Diocese of Columbus (Latin: Dioecesis Columbensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory, or diocese, of the Catholic Church covering 23 counties in central Ohio in the United States. It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The mother church of the Diocese of Columbus is St. Joseph Cathedral in Columbus. The diocese was erected on March 3, 1868, by Pope Pius IX. The current bishop of Columbus is Earl K. Fernandes.

The Alfred Kelley mansion was a historic house in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was the home of Alfred Kelley, built in 1838. The house stayed in the family for decades, and was later an Ohio governor's mansion, and further on, a Catholic school. It was abandoned in the 1950s, and was deconstructed in 1961. A preservation committee tried to move and rebuild the house; after years and several moves, the stone remnants were placed at the Hale Farm and Village near Akron in 1973, where they remain today.

The Christopher Inn was a hotel in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The cylindrical mid-century modern hotel had 16 floors, 137 wedge-shaped rooms, and modern interiors at the time. The hotel operated from 1963 to 1988, when it was demolished. The site is now used as a surface parking lot.

The former Westminster Presbyterian Church (also known as The First Spiritualist Temple) is a historic church building at 77 S. 6th Street in Columbus, Ohio. Built in 1857 in the Romanesque Revival style, it was originally home to Westminster Presbyterian Church. Spiritualists acquired the property after Westminster Presbyterian merged with another church circa 1900.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.This building is not related to the current Westminster Presbyterian Church, at 222 Schoolhouse Lane, on the West side of Columbus.

Untitled, also known as Figure Group, is a 1960 sculpture by artist Joe Falsetti and architect David Schackne Jr., installed outside the east entrance of the Columbus Public Schools' Administration Office (270 East State Street) in Columbus, Ohio, United States.

Capital University Law School is an ABA-accredited private law school located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The law school is affiliated with Capital University, the oldest university in Central Ohio and one of the oldest and largest Lutheran-affiliated universities in North America.The school was voted a "Best Value Law School" on the basis of tuition by the National Jurist magazine in 2009. In 2011, the National Jurist magazine, as well as PreLaw magazine named Capital as one of the nation’s top law schools in preparing students for legal careers in public service. In 2012, the magazines listed Capital as one of the nation’s top law schools in terms of preparing its students for the bar exam. In 2014, Capital was named to the National Jurist Magazine's "Honor Roll" of law schools that provide practical legal education. In 2015, Capital was once again listed in the National Jurist Magazine's "Honor Roll" of law schools that deliver a practical, experiential legal education. In 2019, PreLaw magazine listed Capital Law as one of the top law schools in the country for practical training and alternate dispute resolution. PreLaw magazine further listed Capital as one of the top law schools for criminal law in 2019. In 2020, US News & World Report ranked Capital University 146 of 192, and 148 of 194 for 2022.

The Benjamin Smith House is a historic building in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. The house was built c. 1860 for Benjamin E. Smith, a wealthy financier. Smith lived in the house until 1883, when he moved to New York City. Rented by Ohio as a governor's mansion, it housed Ohio governors George Hoadly and Joseph Foraker. In 1886, the Columbus Club, a private club in the city, purchased the house and grounds, and are still housed there today.The house was designed by Nathan B. Kelley, also one of the principal architects of the Ohio Statehouse.

The Knights of Columbus Building is a historic building in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.The building was listed as one of the most endangered properties in Columbus in 2018, in a report by Columbus Landmarks. It was designed by Richards, McCarty and Bulford and was built in 1927. It served as the local headquarters for the Knights of Columbus. The Roman Catholic order the Salesian Society acquired the building in 1968, and it became known as the Salesian Boys and Girls Club. It later served as the Bosco Center, until May 2017.The five-story building has numerous athletic facilities: a gymnasium, bowling alley, swimming pool, and basketball court, in addition to a grand ballroom.

The Borden Building is a 438 ft (134m) tall skyscraper located at 180 East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio, United States. It was topped out on May 9, 1973, and completed the next year. Harrison & Abramovitz designed the building following a modernist architectural style. The building has 34 floors and is the 9th tallest in Columbus. It also has 52,842 m² of floor space. Current building tenants include Deloitte, Hexion, OhioHealth, Washington Prime Group, the Ohio Secretary of State, and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.

The Hamlet is a historic building in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties and the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.The building was built in 1970 in the New Formalist style, with brick exterior walls and decorative concrete elements. The period-specific building reflects the time and trend of urban redevelopment.The Market-Mohawk Center is a part of the Market-Mohawk district, an early urban renewal project in Columbus begun in the late 1950s. It is one of an entire block of buildings built in the 1960s, though other buildings built nearby at that time have since been replaced. The building and district are named for the Central Market and Mohawk Public School, both of which stood nearby.
