Laghi is a town and a comune in the province of Vicenza, Veneto, north-eastern Italy. It is west of SP350 provincial road. Laghi is Veneto's municipality with the smallest number of inhabitants and also the one with the lowest density. The municipality consists of a number of small hamlets (contrae in Venetian, or contrade in Italian) scattered over the territory of the town. The name Laghi literally means "lakes" and is related to the fact that two small lakes lie in the center of the town.

Monte Toraro is a mountain of Veneto, Italy. It is located on the Asiago Plateau, in the Vicentine Alps, and has an elevation of 1,897 metres (6,224 ft). During the First World War Toraro was the location of an Italian howitzer battery, and was captured by Austro-Hungarian troops during the battle of Asiago.During the Cold War, radars and command posts for a nearby Nike missile base (Base Tuono) were built on its top. They were blown up after the base ceased operations in the late 1970s.

Cima Palon, also called Monte Pasubio, is the highest peak of the Pasubio group of Little Dolomites in Veneto, Italy. It has an elevation of 2,239 metres.The Pasubio plateau is one of the most relevant Little Dolomites massifs, and it held a high strategic role during the Great War (1914-1918), since it represented the last defensive position of the Venetian Plain. It was the site of fierce mine warfare on the Italian Front. In May 1916, after the Austro-Hungarian Strafexpedition, an Italian contingent was urgently transferred from the Isonzo Front and under the command of General Achille Papa, they stopped the Austro-Hungarian Army at Cima Palon.In 1917, a team of Italian miners built the Strada delle 52 Gallerie, the route of 52 tunnels, which leads from the base to the summit area of Monte Pasubio.

Dente Italiano (German: Italienische Platte) (2220 m) is one of the ridges of the Pasubio summit highlands in the Vicentine Alps. Located on the line of ridges between the Cosmagnon basin and the Pasubio Alps, to the south the Damaggio pass separates it from Cima Palon, to the north the Denti pass (for the Austro-Hungarians Eselsrücken i.e. donkey's back) separates it from the Austrian Dente.
