Boca (Piedmontese: Bòca, Lombard: Boca) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northeast of Turin and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Novara. Boca borders the following municipalities: Cavallirio, Cureggio, Grignasco, Maggiora, Prato Sesia, and Valduggia.

The Collegiata di San Bartolomeo is the main Roman Catholic parish church on Corso Garibaldi and SP142 in the centre of the town of Borgomanero, province of Novara, Piedmont, Italy.

Romagnano Sesia is a town and comune (municipality) of about 4,000 inhabitants in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of Novara. Romagnano Sesia borders the following municipalities: Cavallirio, Fontaneto d'Agogna, Gattinara, Ghemme, Prato Sesia, and Serravalle Sesia. Sights include the so-called "Cantina dei Santi" (Saints' cellar), which is a room which is the only remaining evidence of the ancient, powerful Benedictine monastery of S. Silano. The Cantina is completely painted with frescos dating back to the 15th century (Biblical story of David and King Saul).

Romagnano Sesia railway station (Italian: Stazione di Romagnano Sesia) is the train station serving the comune of Romagnano Sesia, in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy. It is the junction of the Novara–Varallo and Santhià–Arona (suspended from 17 June 2012). The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI), while the passenger building is managed by the comune. The station is served only by historic trains, in the service of tourism, in planned dates. Regular passenger services were suspended from 15 September 2014, by decision of the Piedmont Region. Train services are operated by Fondazione FS and Trenitalia. Both companies are subsidiaries of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company.
