Clintonville is a neighborhood in north-central Columbus, Ohio, United States with around 30,000 residents. Its borders, associated with the Clintonville Area Commission, are the Olentangy River on the west, Glen Echo Creek to the south, a set of railroad tracks to the east, and on the north by the Worthington city limits.As the cachet of the Clintonville neighborhood grew towards the turn of the 21st century, real estate agents began to label homes north of Cooke Road as Clintonville or Clintonville or Beechwold thus leading to the apparent absorption of Beechwold and nearby Columbus subdivisions south of Worthington. The area also contains the former unincorporated community of Evanston, a name that was used by the Big Four Railroad as a station along its line and U.S. Postal service until the 1920s. Clintonville includes parts of ZIP codes 43202 and 43214. The United States Post Offices at the center of each ZIP code are known as Clintonville Station and Beechwold Station, respectively.

Whetstone High School is a public high school located at 4405 Scenic Drive in Columbus, Ohio. It is a part of Columbus City Schools and the neighborhood of Clintonville. Whetstone's mascot is the Brave. The school opened in 1961 to accommodate the overflow from North High School. The expanding student base brought on by growth in north Columbus created the need for an additional school.

Bishop Watterson High School is a parochial, college preparatory high school located in Columbus, Ohio.

The Northmoor Engine House, or Station 19, is a Columbus Division of Fire station in the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 2003. It was named for Jerry Kuhn in 2002; Kuhn was a lieutenant for Station 19 and died in the line of duty in 1972.The Northmoor Engine House was built in the Colonial Revival style, and was designed to blend into the surrounding neighborhood. It was completed in 1931, though the Great Depression made it the only station built in the city in that period. The city's lack of funds for new equipment and staff only prompted the station's use over a year after completion, and only through an equipment and personnel transfer. The station operated through into the 2000s, when it became too antiquated for modern firefighting equipment. Community support for the building prompted its preservation, and additions to the structure were completed in 2003.

The Weisheimer House is a historic house in the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was built in the 1890s for Jacob Weisheimer, a German immigrant who operated a mill nearby. The house has stayed a single family residence since then, with Robert W. Teater, a former Ohio Department of Natural Resources director, as the primary owner from 1965 to 2007. The house was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1982.

The Old Beechwold Historic District is a neighborhood and historic district in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1985 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The district is significant for its architecture, landscape architecture, and community planning. The houses are of the early 20th century, using stone, brick, and stucco.The land was originally part of a large tract owned by a single family, but in 1902, 75 of those acres were sold to the Columbus Zoological Company. The company established one of the first zoos in Columbus, known as "The Zoo", that failed after only five months, opening in May and closing in November of 1905. In 1906, Joseph A. Jeffrey acquired the land, and created a suburban estate named "Beechwalde". He built the two oldest houses in the district. The former monkey house can still be seen on the property of 150 West Beechwold Boulevard where it is used as a barn. The zoo's original brick entrance can also be seen on North High Street at Beechwold Road.

The A.B. Graham House is a historic building in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio. The 1.5-story Craftsman house was built in 1918 for Albert Belmont Graham. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

The Truman and Sylvia Bull Coe House is a historic building in the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. The house is significant for its Queen Anne-Eastlake style architecture. It is one of few remaining houses of the style or from the 19th century in the neighborhood.

Shattucksburg, Ohio - (an area now within the city of Columbus, Ohio) is a former community in Perry Township, Franklin County, Ohio. It was first created when Simon Shattuck (1793-1875) from Massachusetts, sold some of his farm land off into some plots, in 1850. Simon Shattuck operated a general store on the southwest at the intersection of Henderson Road and Kenny Road.

The East North Broadway Historic District is a historic district in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010. The linear district spans the east and north sides of East North Broadway, encompassing 117 primary and 86 secondary buildings, mostly garages and outbuildings. Most of the contributing structures are single-family houses, though there is an office building, school, and two churches. There is a diverse array of architecture styles represented, including Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, English Revival, Dutch Colonial Revival, Georgian Revival, Romanesque Revival, Craftsman, Bungalow, and mid-century modern.It includes the Richard Berry Jr. House which is separately listed on the NRHP.

The Richard Berry Jr. House is a historic house in the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, United States. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 2006. It is a well-preserved example of early 20th century Colonial Revival houses. It was built in 1926 and designed by Columbus architect Ray Sims.
