Asia is a residential skyscraper on Brickell Key in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The tower rises 483 feet (147 m), with 36 floors. Asia was topped out in mid-2007, and was completed structurally in January 2008. It is currently the 20th-tallest building in Miami. The tower is one of several new residential developments taking place in Miami, and is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave. The architectural firm who designed the building was J Scott Architecture. Asia Miami features 123 total residences serviced by 5 private elevators.

Tequesta Point is a complex of residential high-rises in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It consists of three skyscraper buildings located on Brickell Key, an urban island to the east of the Central Business District. Three Tequesta Point, the tallest of the three, was completed in 2001. It is 480 ft (146 m) tall, and has 46 floors. Two Tequesta Point, the central building of the complex, was completed in 1999. It is 410 ft (125 m) tall, and has 40 floors. One Tequesta Point, the original building of the complex, was built in 1995. It contains 30 floors and is at the northern end of Brickell Key. The buildings, when opened, were some of the tallest Miami had to offer; however, since the start of the building boom in the early 2000s, many skyscrapers which are much taller than the Tequesta Point buildings have been built. Nevertheless, because the complex is located directly on Biscayne Bay, the buildings can still be seen from Miami Beach and from boats in the bay.

Carbonell Condominium is a residential high-rise building located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. The tower is one of the tallest buildings located on Brickell Key, a small island located due east of Brickell at the mouth of the Miami River in Biscayne Bay. Standing at 410 feet (125 metres), the building is currently tied with Two Tequesta Point as the 88th-tallest building in the city. The building's address is 901 Brickell Key Boulevard. Carbonell Condominium houses 40 floors, and was completed in 2005.

The Brickell Avenue Bridge is a bascule bridge in Downtown Miami, Florida, that carries U.S. Route 1 (US 1; Brickell Avenue) over the Miami River. The original Brickell Avenue Bridge was built in 1929, and replaced in 1995.Brickell Avenue Bridge was widened by one additional northbound lane in 2006 to reduce the traffic bottleneck through downtown. Before this there were three southbound but only two northbound lanes. Currently there are three lanes in each direction as well as a pedestrian walkway on both sides. Still, the bridge causes frequent traffic delays on the busy Brickell Avenue when it opens. According to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the bridge opened 4,990 times in 2010.The statue is a 53-foot bronze monument commissioned by the Florida Department of Transportation and created by Cuban dculptor Manuel Carbonell in 1995. The Pillar of History is a 36-foot high carved bas-relief column that graphically narrates the lives of the Tequesta Indians, Miami's first inhabitants, and features 158 figures. At the top stands a 17-foot bronze sculpture, "Tequesta Family" portraying a Tequesta Indian warrior aiming an arrow to the sky, looking for space in eternity, with his wife and child by his side, while the son covers his face in expectation of their extinction. top.Carbonell also created four bas reliefs, measuring 4-feet by 8-feet, which were installed in niches on the bridge's supporting piers. Built in 1983, it is older compared with most of the taller buildings in Miami, which have been built in the last decade. In addition, the Miami Center is immediately adjacent to Bayfront Park, and is unobstructed when looking at the skyline from Miami Beach to the east. The building is 484 ft (148 m) tall and has 34 floors. It is located on Biscayne Boulevard and Southeast 3rd Street, to the east of the Central Business District and is adjacent to the Southeast Financial Center and the Hotel Intercontinental. The Bayfront Park Metro Station is also located close to the building. The tower consists of 100% office space.

Aston Martin Residences is a skyscraper under construction in Miami, located in downtown along the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. It is expected to be the tallest all-residential building south of New York City, though it is slightly shorter than the Panorama Tower in nearby Brickell. The building will feature a full-service marina that can accommodate superyachts. The building will have nearly 400 residences, the majority of which have been sold as of 2020. The main penthouse unit includes an Aston Martin Vulcan with purchase. The building topped out in December 2021. Aston Martin Residences is being developed by G&G Business Developments in conjunction with Aston Martin. Miami-based Cervera Real Estate is handling sales of the 66-story tower.

Southeast Financial Center is a two-acre development in Miami, Florida, United States. It consists of a 765 feet (233 m) tall office skyscraper and its 15-story parking garage. It was previously known as the Southeast Financial Center (1984–1992), the First Union Financial Center (1992–2003) and the Wachovia Financial Center (2003–2011). In 2011, it retook its old name of Southeast Financial Center as Wachovia merged with Wells Fargo and moved to the nearby Wells Fargo Center. When topped-off in August 1983, it was the tallest building south of New York City and east of the Mississippi River, taking away the same title from the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel, in Atlanta, Georgia. It remained the tallest building in the southeastern U.S. until 1987, when it was surpassed by One Atlantic Center in Atlanta and the tallest in Florida until October 1, 2003, when it was surpassed by the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, also in Miami. It remains the tallest office tower in Florida and the fourth tallest building in Miami.

Bayfront Park is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida, adjacent to Bayfront Park. This station is located at the intersection of Southeast Second Street and Biscayne Boulevard (US 1), opening to service April 17, 1986. The station sees very heavy ridership during special events such as New Year's Eve, when service is extended to 2 a.m. In terms of average weekday traffic, Bayfront Park and Brickell stations are the busiest stations on the Metromover after Government Center.

Met 3 is part of Metropolitan Miami, a complex of four skyscrapers in the central business district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. Met 3 was proposed as the tallest of the four towers, was originally under construction during the 2000s real estate bubble and planned for completion in 2011. However, the project was put on hold. By 2011 construction had never gotten past site preparation, until the new design finally began construction in December 2011. If completed as originally proposed, the 828 feet Met 3 would have been the tallest building in Miami and the state of Florida. It would have contained 76 floors, which would have also made it the tallest building in the United States south of New York City in terms of floor count. In total height, it would have also been the tallest residential building south of New York, consisting of residential condominium units, passing the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, which holds that distinction currently.

It was completed in 2010 and is the ninth tallest building in Miami, as well as the tenth in Florida. The Wells Fargo Center is adjacent to the JW Marriott Marquis Miami, a 31-story, 367-foot (112 m) building which is occupied by a JW Marriott Hotel building. The two structures are connected to each other via a parking garage. The Metropolitan Miami project gained attention due to NBA star Shaquille O'Neal's involvement in the project. In 2006, he formed the O'Neal Group, a building-development company. The Metropolitan Miami project was the group's first project.
