Kincumber South, New South Wales

Davistown is a south-eastern suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The suburb is serviced by a small shopping centre, Paringa Mall, and the Davistown RSL. It is populated mostly by young families and elderly retirees. In recent years, much of the dilapidated housing in the area, built mostly within the 1950s through to the 1980s has undergone purchasing by wealthier individuals who are rebuilding new homes.

Empire Bay is a suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. Empire Bay was originally known as Sorrento being the name of a large boarding house in the locality. The land was subdivided in 1905. The name changed to Empire Bay in 1908 when a Postal Receiving Office was opened in a building attached to the boarding house. The name was changed because there was already a post office named Sorrento in Victoria and Empire Bay was chosen because there was no other such name in the Commonwealth. The name was officially changed on 24 May 1908. William Huggart who owned Sorrento House was the first postmaster. In 1909 the status of the office was changed to Post Office. It was moved into C. C. Swinburne's general store when he became Postmaster in 1910.

Rosemount is a heritage-listed residence at 36 Village Road, Saratoga, Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia. It was built in 1917. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Green Point is a south-eastern suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia between Erina and Kincumber accessed by a main road, Avoca Drive. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The suburb is served by the Kincumber shopping centre, with a Coles supermarket, butcher, grocer and other stores and a variety of restaurants. There is an Aldi supermarket at nearby Erina. Much of Green Point is adjacent to Brisbane Water, providing water views to many residents. There is one private school, Green Point Christian College.

Green Point Christian College is an independent non-denominational Christian co-educational primary and secondary day school, located in Green Point, New South Wales on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. The school provides a religious and general education to approximately 1,100 students from Year K to Year 12.

Saratoga is a residential south-eastern village and suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located on a peninsula of Brisbane Water and part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The suburb is characterised by its largely settled shoreline, with houses extending up coastal slopes to the base of the tall hills that comprise the core of the peninsula. The village of Saratoga occupies the central portion of its peninsula, bordered towards the point by Davistown and toward the mainland by Yattalunga. Initially utilised by indigenous peoples, the area of Saratoga was first exploited by European settlers for citrus orchards, after John Bourke and his family settled in the area in 1863. Bourke went on to become a pioneer in commercial citrus growing in the area of Brisbane Water. Sporadic building occurred thereafter, including the notable Federation-style house 'Rosemount', built in 1917 and surviving on 0.5 ha of land at the corner of Village Road and Brooklyn Road. In recent decades, housing development has transformed most of Saratoga into an outer residential suburb of Gosford. Bordered on three sides by water, Saratoga has also become a favourite haunt of fishermen and sports people. Most residents commute to Gosford, Kincumber or Erina for their daily needs, with few working in the suburb itself. Saratoga has a small shopping centre located on Village Road, which includes a petrol station, a general store, a fruit shop, a hairdresser, a newsagency, a liquor outlet, a real estate agency, a pharmacy, a takeaway shop,a bakery and a jeweller. Brisbania Public School [1] stands at the corner of High Street and Davistown Road. Saratoga is the home of the Saratoga Hawks, a Junior Australian Football Club established in 2001.

Mulholland's Farm is a heritage-listed residence at 9 Pixie Avenue, Green Point, Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia. It was built in 1907. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Green Point Foreshore and Structures is a heritage-listed conservation site at 9 Pixie Avenue, Green Point, Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia. It includes the jetty, boatshed, well, and all foreshore land associated with Mulholland's Farm. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 9 June 2000.

Kincumber High School is a government-funded co-educational comprehensive secondary day school, located in Kincumber, in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. The school's motto is, "To tomorrow". Established in 1990, the school enrolled approximately 930 students in 2018, from Year 7 to Year 12, of whom five per cent identified as Indigenous Australians and one per cent were from a language background other than English. The school is operated by the NSW Department of Education; the principal is Brent Walker. Previous principal, Janine Debenham ran the school for five years. The land on which the school lays upon is Aboriginal land.

Bensville is a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The main section of Bensville is centred on Kallaroo Road, and consists of a small park, video store, cafe, general store and hairdressers. A small combination of shops have recently been added in 2005. There is a small wharf located at the end of Kallaroo Road, which is a popular local fishing spot.

Yattalunga is a south-eastern suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area.

St Huberts Island is a canal estate and suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia connected to the mainland at Daleys Point. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. The modern-day development of St Huberts Island happened when Hooker-Rex Developments (now LJ Hooker Realty) built residential developments on the site in the early-1970s.The population of the suburb recorded at the 2016 census was 1,058. St Huberts Island is located within the Brisbane Water at its southern end. Its closest neighbour is Ettalong and is less than five kilometres from both Umina and Woy Woy, the latter being the nearest railway station on the main northern line. Brisbane Water and its surrounding areas lie within the City of Gosford (in the newly created Central Coast Council area), which constitutes a major part of the Central Coast of New South Wales. The general area bounded by Ettalong, Umina and Woy Woy is known as the Woy Woy Peninsula. At the extreme southern end of the peninsula is Patonga, which is within sight of Lion Island and Palm Beach. While the Woy Woy Peninsula lies only a matter of some 40 kilometres by sea from the Sydney CBD, this distance is increased to nearly 100 kilometres for road and rail travellers due to the nature of the intervening terrain which encompasses the Hawkesbury River with its many inlets and precipitous gorges.
