St Peter's Catholic College is an independent Roman Catholic co-educational secondary day school, located in the Central Coast suburb of Tuggerah, one hour north of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Broken Bay, the college currently has 1,050 students.

A pair of passing loops were added north of the station in 1948. These were removed in December 1995. The station was rebuilt in the 1990s.

Mariners Centre of Excellence is the training ground and academy base of Central Coast Mariners, located in Tuggerah, Australia. It is used by the club's youth team and the Central Coast Mariners Academy as a training base and for matches, as well as by the club's senior team for training. The facility also has a stadium with a capacity of 3,000 people. The facility was purpose-built for the Central Coast-based club and is the club's home base.

Tuggerah () is a large commercial hub and a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. Tuggerah is situated on the Main North Railway Line and Pacific Motorway, and is located approximately 91 km north of Sydney and 68 km south of Newcastle. It is the second largest business hub, major shopping area and financial district for the Central Coast after Erina.It is a mixture of semi-rural, residential, and light industrial. Historically it was, like much of the Wyong District, a dairy area, and still has the Pioneer Dairy Wetlands. There was an airstrip for some years which has now been built over. The Wyong South sewerage plant is also located in Tuggerah. Tuggerah is located in the Central Coast Council local government area.

Central Coast Zoo & The Amazement Farm & Fun Park are conjoined privately owned zoos located at Wyong Creek, New South Wales, Australia, while the latter has been open for years, the 'Central Coast Zoo' is currently only open to private tours through phone-call or email bookings, however the zoo is expected to formally open officially to public visitation in 2023. Expected to be amongst the most popular animals to visitors are a pride of six (3 female & 3 male) former circus-kept African lions.

Alison is a semi-rural suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located on the north bank of the Wyong River 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) northwest of the regional centre of Wyong. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. It is named for Alison Homestead, located in Cape Road, the main building of which was extensively damaged by Arson in the early hours of 11 December 2011.

Kangy Angy () is a semi-rural suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is in a small valley along Ourimbah Creek and the Pacific Highway. It is part of the Central Coast Council local government area. Home to a section of the convict built Great North Road, the area remained important as a hill crossing between Sydney and Newcastle until large scale earthworks permitted the development of more direct roads and highways. Nowadays it is home to several small farms and pasture used for agistment. The valley is bordered by State Forest to the north and west and the Sydney-Newcastle railway line to the south-east. Koalas, grey wallabies, echidnas, wombats, sugar gliders, and many bird and reptile species have been documented in the undeveloped forest of the valley. Some isolated patches of temperate rainforest add diversity to the nature of the valley. The Kangy Angy Maintenance Centre maintains the NSW TrainLink D sets.
