The Fresh River is a tributary of the Weymouth Back River in Norfolk and Plymouth counties, Massachusetts in the United States.

West Hingham is an MBTA Commuter Rail station in Hingham, Massachusetts. It serves the Greenbush Line. It consists of a single side platform serving the line's one track. The station is fully accessible.

Great Esker Park is located in Weymouth, Massachusetts. The park mostly consists of a geological formation known as an esker (a winding ridge of stratified sand and gravel) formed by a glacier 12,000 years ago. It is located along the Weymouth Back River, across from Bare Cove Park in Hingham, Massachusetts.The park features the highest esker in North America (90 ft), reversing falls, salt marshes, six miles (10 km) of trails, a playground and picnic area. Bird watching is a popular activity as osprey, great blue heron, red-tailed hawks, owls, and other species of birds are abundant seasonally. There are man-made shelters on the river where Osprey nest in the spring and summer months. In the summer months the park is used by Wey-Rec for children's programs.

The Bethlehem Hingham Shipyard of Hingham, Massachusetts, was a shipyard in the United States from 1941 until 1945. Located on Weymouth Back River, it was owned by the Bethlehem Shipbuilding Company and operated by the nearby Fore River Shipyard. During the three and a half years that the yard was operational, it produced 277 ships, including a destroyer escort delivered in 23 days.

Weymouth Back River Reservation is a protected coastal reservation in Hingham and Weymouth, Massachusetts. It contains parks on the west and east sides of the northern end of Weymouth Back River. On the west side in Weymouth, Abigail Adams Park is adjacent to and north of Route 3A Bridge and Great Esker Park is south of the bridge. On the east side in Hingham, Stodder's Neck is north of the bridge and Bare Cove Park is south of the bridge. It features Weymouth Back River views, walking trails and landscaped areas.The reservation is part of the Metropolitan Park System of Greater Boston.

The Washington School is a historic school building at 8 School Street in Weymouth, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame building was designed by Shepard S. Woodcock and built in 1887. The six-room building has characteristic Queen Anne styling, including asymmetrical massing, varied gable treatments, use of decorative fish-scale shingles, and an elaborately decorated entry porch.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. It has since been converted into offices.

The General Benjamin Lincoln House is a National Historic Landmark at 181 North Street in Hingham, Massachusetts, United States. It was the birthplace and principal residence of Continental Army Major General Benjamin Lincoln (1733–1810), a well-respected military leader of the American Revolutionary War. The house has portions that are said to date to the 1630s, with significant additions made principally during the 18th century, possibly making it one of the nation's oldest wood-frame buildings. The last major modifications to the house were probably undertaken by General Lincoln in the late 18th century. The house had remained in the hands of Lincoln family descendants but was listed for sale in 2020. Changes to the interior and exterior are authorized only in consultation with Historic New England, a major regional historic preservation organization.

Webb Memorial State Park is a public recreation area located on a peninsula that extends nearly half a mile into the Hingham Bay area of Boston Harbor in Massachusetts. It is composed of three connected drumlins and a low marsh area. The state park forms the only mainland portion of the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area.

The Lincoln Historic District is a historic district in Hingham, Massachusetts, United States. It is roughly located on North and South Streets from West to Water Streets, Main Street south to Garrison Road, and Lincoln Street and Fearing Road north to Miles. It encompasses the earliest streets laid out in Hingham at the time of its founding in 1635, covering more than 300 years of development and a cross section of Hingham's architectural history. It includes some of the town's oldest buildings, including most notably the Old Ship Church and the General Benjamin Lincoln House, both National Historic Landmarks. The district takes its name from the large number of Lincolns who were among Hingham's early settlers.The district features Early Republic, Late Victorian, and Colonial architecture and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The Weymouth Civic District is a historic district encompassing the main civic area in Weymouth, Massachusetts. It is anchored by the 1928 Town Hall, which is a slightly reduced-scale replica of the Old State House in Boston, and the Legion Field athletic complex. Most of the houses built in the area along Middle Street between and surrounding these anchors were built between 1850 and 1920. To the south of town hall is a memorial wall, on which are plaques commemorating the town's military. The oldest building in the district is the 1926 Tudor Revival Weymouth Industrial School building, located next to the middle school.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
