Münsingen railway station

Münsingen (Highest Alemannic: Münsige) is a municipality in the Bern-Mittelland administrative district in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. On 1 January 2013 the former municipality of Trimstein merged into Münsingen, and on 1 January 2017 the former municipality of Tägertschi also merged.The village lies on the River Aare between the cities of Bern and Thun.

The Landwirtschafts- und Haushaltungsschule Schwand-Münsingen (English: Schwand-Münsingen Agricultural and Housekeeping School) was an agricultural school on the Schwand hill in Münsingen, Switzerland. The school was founded in 1908 by the authorities of the canton of Berne as a branch of the Rütti agricultural school. During the 1930s and 1940s in particular, it was an agricultural research and training center of national importance under the direction of Werner Daepp. In 1945, the school issued the first Meisterlandwirt (master farmer) diplomas in Switzerland. Its name was later changed to Landwirtschaftliches Bildungs- und Beratungszentrum Schwand and then to Inforama Schwand. It was closed in 2005 as a consequence of the constantly declining number of student farmers. The buildings have since been used by the cantonal administration; a number of projects to reuse them as a private university campus or as an organic farming training center have failed. The campus is listed as a heritage site of national significance in the November 2008 review draft of the Swiss Inventory of Cultural Property of National and Regional Significance.

Tägertschi railway station (German: Bahnhof Tägertschi) is a railway station in the municipality of Münsingen, in the Swiss canton of Bern. It is an intermediate stop on the standard gauge Bern–Lucerne line of Swiss Federal Railways.

Tägertschi is a former municipality in the Bern-Mittelland administrative district in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. On 1 January 2017 the former municipality of Tägertschi merged into the municipality of Münsingen.

Wichtrach is a municipality in the Bern-Mittelland administrative district in the canton of Bern in Switzerland.

Belpberg is an isolated ridge in the Aaretal between Bern and Thun in Switzerland. The ridge has a width of 2 to 4 km and a length of about 11 km, reaches its highest point on the Chutzen at 892.5 m above sea level and rises up to 370 meters from the surrounding valley plains. Belpberg is bordered on the west by the Gürbetal, on the east by the wide Aaretal and on the north by the Belpmoos, the place where the Gürbetal merges with Aaretal. The southern boundary is formed by a valley furrow near Seftigen. Until 2011, it was in the municipality of Belpberg, which later was merged with Belp.

Trimstein is a former municipality in the Bern-Mittelland administrative district in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. On 1 January 2013 the former municipality of Trimstein merged into the municipality of Münsingen.

Gerzensee is a municipality in the Bern-Mittelland administrative district in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. The town is named after its lake: Gerzensee.

Worb SBB railway station (German: Bahnhof Worb SBB) is a railway station in the municipality of Worb, in the Swiss canton of Bern. It is an intermediate stop on the standard gauge Bern–Lucerne line of Swiss Federal Railways. The station is located outside Worb, some 1.8 kilometres (1.1 mi) south from the Worb Dorf station in the city center.
