St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church (originally First United Evangelical Church) is a building found in the Ladd's Addition in Portland, Oregon. It was the first of seven churches built in the historic neighborhood and features the Gothic Revival style. The building has accommodated several different congregations throughout its existence; today it serves the Eastern Catholic Maronite Church.

Ladd's Addition is an inner southeast historic district of Portland, Oregon, United States. It is Portland's oldest planned residential development, and one of the oldest in the western United States. The district is known in Portland for a diagonal street pattern, which is at odds with the rectilinear grid of the surrounding area. Roughly eight blocks (east-west) by ten blocks (north-south) in size (by reference to the surrounding grid), Ladd's is bordered by SE Hawthorne, Division, 12th, and 20th streets. It is part of the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood association.

Gustave Bartman House

The Gustave Bartman House in southeast Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon is a two-and-a-half-story dwelling listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A Queen Anne structure built in 1892, it was added to the register in 1989. Bartman, a contractor, may have built the house.The interior of the house consists of two essentially identical apartments, one on each floor. Designed during the Victorian era, the structure is a well-preserved example of a southeast Portland duplex. It was built just one year after the city of East Portland became part of the growing city of Portland. Notable features include a full-height window bay, imbricated shingles, and a double veranda.
