Beverly Rose Potts (April 15, 1941 – disappeared August 24, 1951) was a ten-year-old American girl who disappeared while walking home from a neighborhood festival event held in a park less than a quarter of a mile from her Cleveland, Ohio home. Despite intense publicity and repeated, exhaustive efforts to locate the child both at the time of her disappearance and in more recent decades, no trace of Potts or definitive leads as to the circumstances surrounding her disappearance have ever materialized. Foul play is strongly suspected, although no definitive suspect has ever been identified.The disappearance of Beverly Potts implemented the largest manhunt to locate a missing person in the history of Cleveland at the time. The case itself is regarded as one of the most infamous missing persons and cold cases in Ohio and has been described by one author as "one of the most haunting and heartbreaking mysteries" in the history of Cleveland.

Cudell is a neighborhood on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. Named after Frank E. Cudell, the neighborhood has been a part of Cleveland since 1904, upon the completion of municipal annexation of the land by the city.In 2014, the Cudell Recreation Center was the site of the shooting of Tamir Rice. For Cleveland City Council, the Cudell neighborhood is split between the 11th and 15th wards, and is represented jointly by council members Brian Mooney and Jenny Spencer.

The Winton Motor Carriage Company was a pioneer United States automobile manufacturer based in Cleveland, Ohio. Winton was one of the first American companies to sell a motor car. In 1912 Winton became one of the first American manufacturers of diesel engines.

The Little Dipper is a junior steel roller coaster located at Memphis Kiddie Park in Brooklyn, Ohio. The coaster was built by The Allan Herschell Company and began operating in April 1952, making it the oldest continuously operating steel roller coaster from its original location in North America. It was not in operation for the Summer 2020 season, as the park was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic shortening the season. In the 1970s, the original train was replaced with one that had silver with blue accents. For the 2006 season it was repainted red with white accents. The coaster has one three-car train. Riders are seated two across with two rows per car, giving the coaster a capacity of 12 riders.

Memphis Kiddie Park is an 11-ride amusement park located in Brooklyn, Ohio, designed specifically for children and families. Memphis Kiddie Park opened on May 28, 1952. The park was one of several designed and opened by Stuart Wintner, who eventually closed all but the Memphis Kiddie Park to focus on his chain of indoor movie theatres. Though Mr. Wintner has since died, the park remains in operation and is owned by his son. Linndale is the smallest village in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. It is landlocked, surrounded by the cities of Cleveland and Brooklyn. According to the 2010 census, the village achieved the second highest growth rate in Cuyahoga County: 53% as the population increased from 117 to 179, although the last house was built in 1968 and there are only 37 residential addresses.

West Boulevard–Cudell (signed as West Boulevard) is a station on the RTA Red Line in Cleveland, Ohio. The station is located on the north side of Detroit Avenue (U.S. Route 6 Alternate) at the intersection with West Boulevard in Cleveland's Cudell neighborhood. The station comprises a parking lot off Detroit Avenue with a station headhouse on the north side of the parking lot. The tracks and platform are located below the parking lot level. An enclosed bridge from the headhouse over the eastbound track leads to a stairway to the platform below. Just west of the station, the Red Line leaves the right-of-way adjacent to the old Nickel Plate Road and goes through a cut to run southwest adjacent to the old New York Central main line.

West 117th–Madison is a station on the RTA Red Line in Cleveland, Ohio. It is located on the border between Cleveland and Lakewood. The station is located on the southeast corner of Madison Avenue and West 117th Street. The border between Cleveland and Lakewood runs down West 117th Street. As originally constructed, it included a bus loop adjacent to West 117th Street and a parking lot to the east. The station has undergone renovation and reconstruction, making it ADA accessible. In 2006–2007, the station recently underwent rehabilitation, and the renovated station was opened on October 16, 2007. Upon rededication, the name of the station was to be changed to Highland Square at West 117th Street, but the West 117th–Madison name had been retained with Highland Square name attached. Highland Square refers to a neighborhood name used in the 19th century. As of 2017, the Highland name has been removed.

The Eleanor Gerson School is a coeducational alternative day school for students in grades 6 through 12. The school serves a variety of students, including those with emotional or behavioral difficulties, who have been bullied, or have poor social skills/peer relationships. The curriculum at The Gerson School closely mirrors that of most home districts. Classrooms typically have six to ten students, and are organized based on how students are most likely to focus and learn. All major academic subjects are offered in addition to many electives, including sociology, Spanish, speech communication, government, history, Caribbean culture, service-learning, art, and computer applications. The Gerson School was opened in 1970 by the Society of Friends. It is located in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dealers are located in over 50 countries throughout the world. Kirby's products are only sold via in-home door-to-door demonstrations and the company is a member of the Direct Selling Association. All of the vacuum cleaners are built in either Ohio or Texas.

Brooklyn is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States, and a suburb of Cleveland. The population was 11,359 at the 2020 census.

Detroit–Shoreway is a neighborhood on the West Side of Cleveland, in the U.S. state of Ohio. Detroit–Shoreway consists of the streets between Lake Erie and Interstate 90, from West 85th to West 45th streets.
