Supalai Park Towers are 3 residential high-rise buildings located on Soi Phahonyothin 21, Chatuchak district, Bangkok, Thailand. The three towers have 33 floors and were all completed in 2003. Opposite Supalai Park Towers is the Elephant Building, and next to the towers lies Index Living Mall.

Phahonyothin 24 Station (Thai: สถานีพหลโยธิน 24, RTGS: Sathani Phahon Yothin Yi Sip Si, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː pʰā.hǒn jōː.tʰīn jîː sìp sìː]) is a BTS Skytrain station, on the Sukhumvit Line in Bangkok, Thailand. The station was planned to open in 2020 when all stations on the northern extension was completed, but the Ministry of Transport requested the station to open in phase 2 (Ha Yaek Lat Phrao-Kasetsart University) in December 2019.

Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok is a 607-room hotel in Bangkok, Thailand adjacent to Central Ladprao. It opened in 1982 as the Hyatt Central Plaza Bangkok. It was later managed by Central Hotel & Resorts, then rebranded to Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok. In 2011, Accor, parent company of Sofitel, did not renew their management contract with Centara Hotels & Resorts, which owns the hotel and they assumed direct management. Nearby is a large convention center.

Central Ladprao (Thai: เซ็นทรัล ลาดพร้าว) (previously known as CentralPlaza Ladprao) is a shopping complex, owned by Central Pattana. The complex opened on 25 December 1982, and was the first integrated shopping complex by Central Pattana. It is located on Phahon Yothin Road near Lat Phrao Intersection (An intersection where Phahon Yothin, Lat Phrao and VibhavadPhaholyothini Rangsit roads meet) in Chatuchak district, Bangkok. It is served by Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station on Sukhumvit Line and Phahon Yothin MRT station on MRT Blue Line. The Central is a shopping mall under construction by Central Pattana. It will be located between Phahonyothin road (the section of the road between Ha Yaek Lat Phrao and Phahon Yothin 24 BTS stations) and Vibhavadi Rangsit Road.

SCB Park Plaza or Siam Commercial Bank Park Plaza is a high-rise building complex in the Chatuchak District of Bangkok, Thailand. It was completed in 1996 and houses the headquarters of Siam Commercial Bank, as well as other office tenants and retail space. The complex occupies 52 rai (8.3 ha; 21 acres) on Ratchadaphisek Road, near Ratchayothin Intersection, and was designed by Thailand-based American architect Robert G. Boughey. It was built over four years at a cost of around 10 billion baht (US$400M at the time). It was one of the first buildings in Thailand to employ intelligent systems to optimize energy efficiency, and was unique at the time for the development of an entire complex as a single project under a common overarching design.The complex consists of three groups of buildings: the 37-storey main tower, marked by its golden pyramidal roof, with an adjoining 24-storey section; SCB Park Plaza West, comprising two buildings of 12 and 21 storeys; and SCB Park Plaza East, with two buildings of 21 and 5 storeys. Each group rises above a connected retail podium, and is served by entirely underground parking. The design heavily features triangular forms, and all the glass curtain-walled buildings feature floor plans based on a triangular grid. A huge triangular skylight covers the atrium of the main building.The complex houses the headquarters of Siam Commercial Bank, which received renovations in the 2010s, as well as offices of several other corporations; Unilever had its Thailand headquarters here until 2015. Designed with the goal of being an integrated city environment, the complex also features a large number of shops and restaurants in its podium mall, and is a popular destination for people who live and work in the area.High-profile accidents occurred at the building in 2015 and 2016. In February 2015, a fire damaged three floors of the bank headquarters and killed one firefighter, while in March 2016, a chemical accident killed eight people (seven contractors and a security guard) servicing a fire-suppression system in a document vault in the building's basement.

The Thai Bank Museum (Thai: พิพิธภัณฑ์ธนาคารไทย) was established by Siam Commercial Bank with the objective of gathering and collecting documents and tools that demonstrate the evolution and development of the country's financial and banking systems. It exhibits historical financial and banking artifacts and serves as an academic research location for the next generation of scholars. The museum was inaugurated at Siam Commercial Bank's Talad Noi Branch in 1983. It later moved to the Bank's Ratchayothin headquarters in Chatuchak District, Bangkok, with the official opening ceremony held at the in-house Thai Bank Museum building on January 29, 1996. The museum was later refurbished on the Bank's centennial anniversary, with Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn making an official visit on January 30, 2007.

Union Mall is a shopping mall in the north of Bangkok, at the Lat Phrao junction. The mall opened in February 2006. It has eight floors with a total of 150,000 square metres (1,600,000 sq ft) of space. It houses some 1,240 booths and shops and entertainment services.

Phahon Yothin station (Thai: สถานีพหลโยธิน, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː pʰā.hǒn jōː.tʰīn]) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Blue Line located under Lat Phrao Road and Phahon Yothin Road, which the station is named after, near Lat Phrao Square. The station is important for people who live in Northern Bangkok such as Don Mueang, Lak Si and Bang Khen District. Its symbol color is yellow., and connect to the BTS Sukhumvit Line at Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station.

Lat Phrao Intersection (Thai: ห้าแยกลาดพร้าว, pronounced [hâː jɛ̂ːk lâːt pʰráːw]) is a major road junction in Chatuchak District of the Thai capital Bangkok. It is where Phahonyothin and Vibhavadi Rangsit roads—the city's two main northward highways—cross each other, and is also the beginning of Lat Phrao Road, which leads eastward through its highly populated suburbs. The junction carries the second-highest amount of road traffic in the city.As a five-way junction with multiple flyovers, some directions of traffic must follow complicated routes through the junction. The elevated Don Mueang Tollway runs above the flyovers carrying Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, and the northward extension of the BTS Skytrain's Sukhumvit Line, opened in 2019, soars above as a third level of elevated infrastructure. The BTS's Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station serves the area, as does the Phahon Yothin station of the underground MRT Blue Line. The neighbourhood around the intersection is home to numerous shops, retail centres and commercial offices. With the opening of the BTS extension, numerous condominium towers have also risen in the area. Directly west of the intersection lies the extensive green spaces of the coterminous Chatuchak, Wachirabenchathat and Queen Sirikit parks, the largest in the city. The CentralPlaza Lardprao and Union Mall shopping malls occupy the junction's northern and eastern corners, while many office towers are located in its southern corner.In January 2014, the political protest group the People's Democratic Reform Committee occupied the intersection for anti-government protests in the course of the 2013–2014 Thai political crisis. In May 2018, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration began cracking down on street vendors around the intersection in an effort of urban tidying.

Chatuchak (Thai: จตุจักร, pronounced [t͡ɕàʔ.tùʔ.t͡ɕàk]) is one of the 50 districts (khet) of Bangkok, Thailand. The district is bounded by seven other districts (from the north clockwise): Lak Si, Bang Khen, Lat Phrao, Huai Khwang, Din Daeng, Phaya Thai, and Bang Sue.

Chandrakasem Rajabhat University (CRU) is a tertiary educational institution in the north of Bangkok, Thailand. It offers post-diploma certificates and degree level education from the bachelor's degree to master's degree, with Ph.D offered in several majors.Founded in 1940, Chandrakasem was Thailand's first training college for secondary school teachers. In 1991 Chandrakasem Teachers College was named an outstanding tertiary educational institute by the Ministry of Education. The following year, King Bhumibol Adulyadej bestowed the name Chandrakasem Rajabhat Institute on the former college.On 14 June 2004, all Rajabhat institutes nationwide were upgraded by the king, who signed the Rajabhat University Act of B.E 2547 (2004), which was announced in the Royal Gazette for implementation on 15 June 2004. This raised all Rajabhat institutes to Rajabhat universities, creating a close-knit group of Thai universities dedicated to preserving the Thai heritage and subject to the National Tertiary Education Commission of the Ministry of Education.
