The Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia-Pacific (NACA) was formed by International treaty titled Agreement on the Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia and the Pacific signed in Bangkok on 8 January 1988.The purpose of the NACA is the recognition of the importance of fisheries in the Asia Pacific region, that aquaculture plays a vital role in the promotion and better use of fishery resources and that the maintenance of a network of aquaculture centres in the region can make a significant contribution to the development of aquaculture. The network is based in Kasetsart University, Bangkok.

The Bangkok Aquarium (Thai: สถานแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำจืดกรุงเทพมหานคร or สถานแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำกรุงเทพฯ), founded in 1940, is the oldest aquarium in Thailand. Located in Kasetsart University main campus, Bangkok, the aquarium is home to about 560 species of freshwater fish native to Thailand as well as about 100 species of aquarium plants. The showcase species include Chao Phraya giant catfish, Siamese giant carp, and Siamese tigerfish. The aquarium is owned and operated by the Department of Fisheries of Thailand.

Kasetsart University (Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์; RTGS: Mahawitthayalai Kasetsat), commonly known and referred to as Kaset or KU, is a public research university in Bangkok, Thailand. It is the largest university in Thailand. It was Thailand's first agricultural university and Thailand's third oldest university. It was established on 2 February 1943 to promote subjects related to agricultural science. Since then, Kasetsart University has expanded its subject areas to cover life sciences, science, engineering, social sciences, and humanities. Kasetsart University's main campus is in Bangkhen, northern Bangkok, with several other campuses throughout Thailand.

Kasetsart University Station (Thai: สถานีมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์, RTGS: Sathani Maha Witthayalai Kasetsat, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː mā.hǎː wít.tʰā.jāː.lāj kā.sèːt sàːt]) is a BTS Skytrain station, on the Sukhumvit Line in Bangkok, Thailand situated near Kasetsart University. It was the Northern terminus station of the Sukhumvit line from 4 December 2019 until the opening of an additional 4 stations on the line toward Wat Phra Sri Mahathat on 5 June 2020. Passenger traffic peaked during the annual Kaset Fair held within Kasetsart University and a total of 676,571 passengers were reported to have passed through the station between 3-10 February 2023.

Intree Chantarasatit Stadium (Thai: สนามอินทรีย์จันทรสถิตย์) is the main multi-purpose stadium of Kasetsart University, on the university's main campus in Chatuchak District, Bangkok, Thailand. It is one of several stadia used by the Kasetsart F.C. The stadium holds 4,000 people.

Kasetsart University Laboratory School, Center for Educational Research and Development (Thai: โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา; RTGS: Rongrian Sathit Haeng Mahawitthayalai Kasetsat Sun Wichai Lae Phatthana Kansueksa), informally known as Satit Kaset (Thai: สาธิตเกษตร; RTGS: Sathit Kaset), is a well-known laboratory school in Bangkok, Thailand, operated under the auspices of Kasetsart University's Faculty of Education. The school is located in Bang Khen campus of the university.

Sena Nikhom Station (Thai: สถานีเสนานิคม, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː sěː.nāː ní(ʔ).kʰōm]) is a BTS Skytrain station, on the Sukhumvit Line in Bangkok, Thailand. The station was planned to open in 2020 when all stations on the northern extension was completed, but the Ministry of Transport requested the station to open in phase 2 (Ha Yaek Lat Phrao-Kasetsart University) in December 2019.

Phahonyothin Road (Thai: ถนนพหลโยธิน, RTGS: Thanon Phahon Yothin, pronounced [tʰā.nǒn pʰā.hǒn jōː.tʰīn]) or Highway 1 is a main road in Bangkok and one of the four primary highways in Thailand, which include Mittraphap Road (Highway 2), Sukhumvit Road (Highway 3), and Phet Kasem Road (Highway 4). It begins at Victory Monument in Bangkok and runs north to the Burmese border, with a total length of 1,005 km (624 mi).

Paolo Hospital Kaset, formerly Mayo Hospital, is a private hospital on Phahonyothin Road in Chatuchak District in Bangkok, Thailand.

Vibhavadi Hospital (SET: VIBHA) is a hospital located on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road in Chatuchak District in Bangkok, Thailand. The hospital has 350 beds to accommodate patients, there are more than 70 examination rooms which provide services to some 2,000 outpatients. They have a medical center which offer more than 50 full-time physicians, 250 consulting physicians and important medical equipment.

Sena Nikhom (Thai: เสนานิคม, pronounced [sěː.nāː ní(ʔ).kʰōm]) is a khwaeng (subdistrict) of Chatuchak district, Bangkok. It is a densely populated area and filled with many different types of residential houses.

Bang Khen Station (Thai: สถานีบางเขน) is a railway station in Bangkok, serving the SRT Dark Red Line. Although the station is named Bang Khen, it is not located in the present-day Bang Khen district. It is located in Chatuchak district since Chatuchak separated from Bang Khen district in 1989.
