Panther Lake is a natural freshwater lake on the north side of Walt Disney World, in Orange County, Florida. In fact, a small part of the lake is within the boundaries of Walt Disney World. This lake originally had an irregular shape and today parts of the lake are filled in, because of encroaching development. On the west side of the lake is Florida State Road 429, a toll highway. On the south, east and northeast is Watermark Winter Garden, a large housing development. On most of the rest of the north is Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge.This lake has no public boat docks, no public swimming areas and virtually no public access.

Horizon High School is a high school located in southwest Orange County, Florida, United States. It is located in the Winter Garden area. Horizon High School was built in 2021 as a relief school to reduce overcrowding in nearby high schools West Orange High School and Windermere High School. It is part of the Orange County Public Schools and serves grades 9–12.

Horizon West is a census-designated place (CDP) and unincorporated area in Orange County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 58,101 at the 2020 census. Horizon West includes five designated mixed-use villages, namely the Village of Bridgewater, Lakeside Village, Hickory Nut, Village I and Village F., surrounded by greenbelts as well as a town center. The concept was adopted in 1995 by Orange County. As of 2017, Horizon West can be considered one of the fast growing master-planned communities nationwide.

The Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine (OCOM) is a private for-profit medical school in Winter Garden, Florida. The school holds pre-accreditation by the American Osteopathic Association's Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA). Graduates of the college receive a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (D.O.).

Lake Ingram, also sometimes spelled as Inghram, is a natural freshwater lake on the west side of Orlando, Florida, in Orange County, Florida. This lake is shaped like an arrowhead and much of it is surrounded by land that floods easily. To the east side of the lake is Florida State Road 429, a toll highway. Some residential areas are now bordering it. This lake has no public boat docks, no public swimming areas and only a little public access from Avalon Road, which borders its eastern tip.

Lake Hancock is a swampy natural freshwater lake on the west side of Orlando, Florida, in Orange County, Florida. This lake is long and winding. To the west side of the lake is Florida State Road 429, a toll highway. Residential housing surrounds all, but the east end of the lake. This lake has no public boat docks, no public swimming areas and there is no public access to this lake.

Flamingo Crossings, also known as Flamingo Crossings Town Center or Flamingo Crossings Village, is an outdoor shopping, dining, residential, and entertainment complex at Walt Disney World in Bay Lake, Florida, near Winter Garden, Florida in Orange County. First announced by Disney in 2007, the complex officially opened in 2021 with an initial phase of businesses, with more planned in future development.

Lake Hartley is a natural freshwater lake on the west side of Orlando, Florida, in Orange County, Florida. This lake, with some swampy shore areas, is long and winding. To the west side of the lake is Florida State Road 429, a toll highway. Residential housing, a private school and a retail area border parts of the lake. Citrus groves also border parts of it. The entire lake is surrounded by private property, so there is no public access to this lake.

WYGM (740 AM) is a commercial radio station in Orlando, Florida, United States. It is owned by iHeartMedia and airs a sports radio format. Programming is simulcast on FM translator station W245CL at 96.9 MHz in nearby Deltona, Florida, and uses its FM dial position in its moniker, "96.9 The Game." It is also heard on the HD2 channel of co-owned WJRR 101.1. WYGM has studios and offices in iHeart's Orlando facility in Maitland. It operates at the maximum AM power permitted by the Federal Communications Commission, 50,000 watts at all times, but because AM 740 is a clear-channel Canadian frequency, reserved for Class A CFZM in Toronto, WYGM must use a directional antenna at night (to protect CFZM). By contrast, WYGM's translator operates at only 250 watts. WYGM's transmitter is off Tower Pine Drive in Winter Garden.

WFLF (540 kHz) is a commercial AM radio station licensed to Pine Hills, Florida, and serving Greater Orlando. It is owned by iHeartMedia and airs a news/talk format. The studios and offices are in the iHeart Orlando complex in Maitland.The station broadcasts using a directional antenna at all times, with the signal extending to the east to avoid interfering with Class A stations in Canada and Mexico. The power is 50,000 watts by day (the maximum permitted by the Federal Communications Commission) and 46,000 watts at night. The transmitter is on Tower Pines Drive in Winter Garden. WFLF is Central Florida's Primary Entry Point station in the Emergency Alert System. WFLF is simulcast on FM translator stations W226BT 93.1 MHz and W231CT 94.1 MHz, both in Orlando. The 93.1 translator broadcasts from South Orange Avenue at East Church Street. The 94.1 translator broadcasts from National Place at West Marvin Avenue. Programming is also heard on co-owned 107.7 WMGF's HD3 subchannel.

Shades of Green is a resort owned by the United States Department of Defense (DOD) in the city of Bay Lake, Florida, on the Walt Disney World Resort property near Orlando. It is one of five Armed Forces Recreation Centers (AFRC) resorts, and a part of the military's Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) program. The resort, which was expanded between 2004 and 2006, is self-supporting; it operates from non-appropriated funds, and all profits are put back into it.

Victoria & Albert's is a restaurant in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World Resort, named after Queen Victoria and Albert, Prince Consort. The restaurant opened in 1988, and the restaurant's menu changes seasonally but may vary nightly.
