It was constructed in 1827 and is a twin of McClay's Twin Bridge (East).The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

It is a 105-foot-long (32 m) bridge, with two spans each measuring 20 feet (6.1 m) long. It was constructed in 1827 and is a twin of McClay's Twin Bridge (West).The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The stream runs through the heart of Shippensburg and into Franklin County. Middle Spring Creek joins the Conodoguinet just south of a village named Mowersville.

The Middle Spring Presbyterian Church was built in the Province of Pennsylvania in 1738 by early Scotch Irish settlers. It has been mentioned frequently in the histories of the early days of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in general. Located in the small community of Middle Spring, Pennsylvania, on present-day Pennsylvania State Route 4001 (old Pennsylvania 696), it is situated two and six-tenths miles north of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.

By day, WRDD transmits with 410 watts, but to avoid interference at night with other stations on 1480 AM, WRDD reduces power to only 9 watts at sunset. Programming is heard around the clock on FM translator W262DL at 100.3 MHz.

Culbertson–Harbison Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Greene Township in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The house was built between 1798 and 1800, and is a two-story, five-bay, limestone dwelling in the Federal style. It has a two-story, three-bay stone addition built between 1820 and 1840. Attached to the addition is a frame kitchen addition and brick smokehouse. Also on the property are the contributing large frame Pennsylvania bank barn with three hexagonal cupolas, a small frame privy, and other outbuildings.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
