The 4.4-mile-long (7.1 km) tributary Rowe Run joins Muddy Run southeast of Orrstown. The 5.3-mile-long (8.5 km) tributary Lehman Run joins the Muddy Run near Pleasant Hall, Pennsylvania. The headwaters begin in the Letterkenny Army Depot. Muddy Run joins the Conodoguinet near Orrstown.

Culbertson–Harbison Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Greene Township in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The house was built between 1798 and 1800, and is a two-story, five-bay, limestone dwelling in the Federal style. It has a two-story, three-bay stone addition built between 1820 and 1840. Attached to the addition is a frame kitchen addition and brick smokehouse. Also on the property are the contributing large frame Pennsylvania bank barn with three hexagonal cupolas, a small frame privy, and other outbuildings.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Maclay's Twin Bridge (West) is a historic multi-span stone arch bridge spanning a tributary of Conodoguinet Creek between Lurgan Township and Southampton Township in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. It is a 177-foot-long (54 m) bridge with three spans, the longest of which measures 31 feet (9.4 m) long. It was constructed in 1827 and is a twin of McClay's Twin Bridge (East).The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

It is a 105-foot-long (32 m) bridge, with two spans each measuring 20 feet (6.1 m) long. It was constructed in 1827 and is a twin of McClay's Twin Bridge (West).The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
