The Spies–Robinson House is a historic residence in Portland, Oregon, United States. Built in 1922, it is an exceptional example of a Prairie School house in Northeast Portland. Its use of a brick veneer, while common nationally, is nearly unique in the Northeast quadrant where stucco walls predominate in Prairie School designs. Additionally, two colors of brick are used to provide detail and accent in the design. The house is also notable for its occupancy starting in 1930 by David Robinson (1890–1963), a locally prominent attorney and civil rights advocate. Robinson is especially associated with public defender services and legal aid, and was a leader in the Portland chapter of the Anti-Defamation League.The house was entered on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

Bowman, whose constructions shaped several neighborhoods in the city. It stands as one of the best-preserved and most expensive single-family homes in his body of work, and is an outstanding example of the use of Arts and Crafts architecture with Prairie School influences in an upper-class Portland home.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

The Seufert House, also known as the Mautz–Seufert House, is a historic residence in Portland, Oregon, United States. From 1914 to 1929, it was the Portland home of fishing and canning businessman Francis A. Seufert (1853–1929), who was an innovative leader in the upper Columbia River salmon industry at The Dalles. He pioneered use of the fish wheel to harvest fish, as well as the shipment of fresh, iced salmon to eastern markets. The house, built in 1913 in the Colonial Revival style, was the product of the Mautz Building and Investment Company, which built over fifty homes in the exclusive Irvington neighborhood. It was briefly occupied by Edmund J. Mautz prior to its sale to Francis Seufert.The house was entered on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The F. E. Bowman Apartments is a historic apartment building located in the Irvington neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, United States. Constructed in 1913, it is one of the oldest apartment buildings in Irvington, and the best preserved from its era. Through its Craftsman styling, builder Frederic E. Bowman gave attention to blending the building into the neighborhood of pre-existing single-family homes. It is one of several apartment buildings of similar scale and/or style that Bowman added to Portland's urban landscape through his career.The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The George Earle Chamberlain House is a house located in northeast Portland, Oregon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The house was built in 1893 and its original owner was Frank M. Warren. In 1904, the house was acquired by George Earle Chamberlain, who was then in his first term as Governor of Oregon, and Chamberlain owned and occupied the house until his death in 1928. Soon after buying the house, Chamberlain remodeled the first and second floors, both interior and exterior. Since the time of Chamberlain's ownership, modifications to the building have been few. The house was added to the NRHP in 1991. In 2010, it was included in the National Register-listed Irvington Historic District. A home in Albany, Oregon, which Chamberlain owned, and in which he resided, from 1882 to 1892, is also on the NRHP and is also listed as the George Earle Chamberlain House.

The John E. G. Povey House in northeast Portland, Oregon, is a Queen Anne-style house that was built in 1891. The house is asymmetrical and is about 28 feet (8.5 m) wide by 46 feet (14 m) deep. It was home of glass-maker John E. G. Povey (1867–1917).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. It was deemed significant for its association with John E. G. Povey and the Povey Brothers Art & Stained Glass Works company, and also for its architecture "containing high artistic merit both in the craftsmanship of the structure and the stained glass designs in many of the windows."The Povey Brothers Art Glass Works firm was founded by John E. and brother David L. Povey in Portland in 1888; it was the leading art-glass maker in the area from about 1890 to about 1920.John E. G. Povey died in the house in 1917, at age 49.

The Nicolai–Cake–Olson House is a residence located in northeast Portland, Oregon listed on the National Register of Historic Places.Designed by Portland architect Emil Schacht in the Arts and Crafts style, it was built in 1905–6. The interior retains much of its historic integrity, as the Olsons, who owned it from 1925 to 1967, maintained it in its original condition after some early changes.
