The Mordecai Sheftall Cemetery is a Jewish cemetery in Savannah, Georgia. It is one of the oldest Jewish cemeteries in America. Located at the end of Coyle Street (a small turnoff of Cohen Street) in the Kayton/Frazier area of West Savannah, it is sometimes referred to as the Old Jewish Burial Ground, the Jewish Cemetery Memorial, the Jewish Community Cemetery or the Sheftall Cemetery.On November 3, 1761, George III "conveyed a certain half lot of land in Holland Tything, Percival Ward, to David Truan." This land was at the northwest corner of today's Bull Street and Oglethorpe Avenue. Several Jews were interred here before the family cemeteries were established. A memorial, in the Oglethorpe Avenue median, marks the burial ground (known as Bull Street Cemetery) today, with a plaque stating: "Original 1733 burial plot allotted by James Edward Oglethorpe to the Savannah Jewish Community".

The Gingerbread House (also known as the Cord Asendorf House) is a home in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It is located at 1921 Bull Street, in the city's Victorian Historic District, and was built in 1899. It was built for Cord Asendorf Sr., a prominent Savannah merchant. He also designed the house. The home's common name is derived from the gingerbread architectural style. The building is considered one of the finest examples of Carpenter Gothic architecture in the United States. Its interior has three fireplaces, a wooden staircase and wood trim throughout. It also has a conservatory and a courtyard with a gazebo and a waterfall. It was owned by Herb and Jan Galloway between 1978 and 2014, when it was purchased by SJ Management Group LLC.

The Savannah Victorian Historic District is a historic district in Savannah, Georgia. It is mostly residential in character and features Late Victorian, Queen Anne, and other architectural styles. The district, which is not part of the Savannah Historic District, was first listed in 1974 and officially extended in 1982. The total area is bounded to the north by the Savannah Historic District, to the west by a public housing project, to the south by a neighborhood of early- to mid-20th-century residences, and to the east by a mixed-use area of Seaboard Coast Line railroad tracks, industry, commerce, housing, and vacant lots.The original area formed in 1974 covers 45 city blocks and is bordered by Gwinnett, Price, Anderson, and Montgomery Streets. The 1982 extension is bounded by Gwinnett, Abercorn, and 31st Streets, and includes the Carnegie Colored Library, a park, and more residential structures. The district includes the Asbury United Methodist Church, a historic church building built in 1887 that in 2019 was listed on the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation's list of Places in Peril.

The Live Oak Public Libraries are a consortium of sixteen public libraries in the Savannah metropolitan area and Hinesville – Fort Stewart metropolitan area of Georgia, United States. The library provides services for Chatham County, Effingham County, and Liberty County. The library headquarters are located in the Bull Street Library in Savannah, which is one of two Carnegie libraries in the system. In February 2018 the library system joined PINES, a program of the Georgia Public Library Service that includes 300 member libraries covering 146 counties of Georgia. Before this change, residents serviced the library by use of a Power Card, which has since been changed to a PINES card. Any resident in a PINES supported library system has access to the system's collection of 11 million books. The library is also serviced by GALILEO, a program of the University System of Georgia which stands for "GeorgiA LIbrary LEarning Online". This program offers residents in supported libraries access to over 100 databases indexing thousands of periodicals and scholarly journals. It also boasts over 10,000 journal titles in full text.

Lester's Florist was a florist located in Savannah, Georgia, United States. Established in August 1971, it provided floral arrangements for the presidential inauguration galas of consecutive U.S. presidents. Owned by Lester Anthony for all of its fifty years in business, it closed in February 2022.

Christ Church Anglican (CCA) is an Anglican parish in the Thomas Square neighborhood of Savannah, Georgia. It traces its history to 1733, when Christ Church was founded as the oldest Anglican presence in Georgia. In 2006, the majority of the clergy and parishioners of Christ Church departed from the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia; in 2012, after a loss in a court case, the congregation leaving the Episcopal Church relocated and renamed itself Christ Church Anglican. It is today part of the Gulf Atlantic Diocese in the Anglican Church in North America.

The Civil War Memorial in Savannah, Georgia, is a monument honoring soldiers who died during the American Civil War. Located in Forsyth Park, it consists of a 48 foot (15 m) tall shaft topped with a bronze statue of a Confederate soldier. Two bronze busts commemorating notable Confederate army officers flank the monument, which is protected by a railing, one of the only two that still stand around a monument, the other being the Casimir Pulaski Monument in Monterey Square. Originally known as the Confederate Monument, it was dedicated in 1875 to honor Confederate soldiers who died during the Civil War. Following the Unite the Right rally (in Charlottesville, Virginia in August 2017), the city of Savannah renamed and rededicated the structure in 2018. The monument is one of the oldest and largest Confederate monuments in Georgia.

Forsyth Park (formerly known as the Military Parade Ground) is a large city park that occupies 30 acres (0.12 km2) in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia, United States. The park is bordered by Gaston Street to the north, Drayton Street to the east, Park Avenue to the south and Whitaker Street to the west. It contains walking paths, a children's play area, a Fragrant Garden for the blind, a large fountain, tennis courts, basketball courts, areas for soccer and Frisbee, and home field for Savannah Shamrocks Rugby Club. From time to time, there are concerts held at Forsyth to the benefit of the public.

The Candler Oak Tree is located in Savannah, Georgia, United States, and is estimated to have been growing since the 1700s, making it one of the oldest living landmarks in the area. It is 54 feet (16.5 meters) tall, has a circumference of 17 ft (5.2 m) and a 63-inch (160 cm) diameter. Its average crown spread is 110 ft (34 m).The largest tree in Georgia is located off of Mann Road, Palmetto, Georgia. This red oak has a diameter of 10 ft (3 m) and is estimated to be 350–450 years old.
