Savannah Victorian Historic District

Telfair Arms Apartments, formerly Telfair Hospital, is a historic building constructed in 1886 in Savannah, Georgia. It was designed by Alfred Eichberg.

The Civil War Memorial in Savannah, Georgia, is a monument honoring soldiers who died during the American Civil War. Located in Forsyth Park, it consists of a 48 foot (15 m) tall shaft topped with a bronze statue of a Confederate soldier. Two bronze busts commemorating notable Confederate army officers flank the monument, which is protected by a railing, one of the only two that still stand around a monument, the other being the Casimir Pulaski Monument in Monterey Square. Originally known as the Confederate Monument, it was dedicated in 1875 to honor Confederate soldiers who died during the Civil War. Following the Unite the Right rally (in Charlottesville, Virginia in August 2017), the city of Savannah renamed and rededicated the structure in 2018. The monument is one of the oldest and largest Confederate monuments in Georgia.

Forsyth Park (formerly known as the Military Parade Ground) is a large city park that occupies 30 acres (0.12 km2) in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia, United States. The park is bordered by Gaston Street to the north, Drayton Street to the east, Park Avenue to the south and Whitaker Street to the west. It contains walking paths, a children's play area, a Fragrant Garden for the blind, a large fountain, tennis courts, basketball courts, areas for soccer and Frisbee, and home field for Savannah Shamrocks Rugby Club. From time to time, there are concerts held at Forsyth to the benefit of the public.

The Candler Oak Tree is located in Savannah, Georgia, United States, and is estimated to have been growing since the 1700s, making it one of the oldest living landmarks in the area. It is 54 feet (16.5 meters) tall, has a circumference of 17 ft (5.2 m) and a 63-inch (160 cm) diameter. Its average crown spread is 110 ft (34 m).The largest tree in Georgia is located off of Mann Road, Palmetto, Georgia. This red oak has a diameter of 10 ft (3 m) and is estimated to be 350–450 years old.

The Lewis Kayton House, also known as the Mansion on Forsyth Park, is a historic five-star hotel at 700 Drayton Street, Savannah, Georgia. It is significant as it was once the home of Lewis Kayton, who was an early pioneer to Savannah in the 19th century. The hotel occupies the Drayton block of the Forsyth Park and is part of the Savannah Historic District. The hotel is now owned by hotel developer Richard C. Kessler, Chairman and CEO of The Kessler Enterprise, Inc.

Savannah Law School was a private, for-profit law school in Savannah, Georgia. It was associated with Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. The school ceased all operations by 2021 and is no longer accepting applications.

W. B. Hodgson Hall is a historic building in Savannah, Georgia, United States, built in 1876. Designed by the American Institute of Architects' founder Detlef Lienau, it is now the home of Georgia Historical Society's Research Center.The building is located at 501 Whitaker Street, in the northwestern corner of Forsyth Park.

The Armstrong Kessler Mansion (formerly known as Armstrong House) is a nationally significant example of Italian Renaissance Revival architectural style located in the Savannah Historic District. The structure was built between 1917 and 1919 for the home of Savannah magnate George Ferguson Armstrong (1868–1924). It was owned by the Armstrong family from 1919 to 1935. Afterward, the structure and grounds served as the campus of Armstrong Junior College. Threatened with demolition, the Historic Savannah Foundation purchased the Armstrong House along with five other threatened historic buildings from the college for $235,000 in 1967. Once saved, Historic Savannah Foundation then sold the Mansion (and Hershel V. Jenkins Hall) at the exact purchase price to preservationist and antique dealer Jim Williams who restored it as his home. Eventually, both were sold to a major Savannah law firm as offices. The mansion was featured in The American Architect in 1919, and listed in A Field Guide to American Houses in 1984.

Ralston College is an unaccredited institution of higher education in Savannah, Georgia, that offers an in-person Master's degree program. It launched its MA in the Humanities program in autumn of 2022.Its curriculum focuses on the liberal arts, and it has declared a commitment to freedom of speech, enshrined in its motto "sermo liber vita ipsa" ("Free Speech is Life Itself"). It also offers one online short course, run in conjunction with the FutureLearn platform, on Samuel Johnson’s Rasselas that is led by cultural critic Anthony Daniels. Additionally, Ralston College runs a podcast series and has advertised a public symposium.

Scudder's Row (possibly Scudders Row) is a historic row house in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It comprises the five homes from 1 to 9 East Gordon Street, in the southeastern residential block of Monterey Square, and was completed in 1853. It is a contributing property of the Savannah Historic District, itself on the National Register of Historic Places.The properties were built between 1852 and 1853 by brothers John and Ephraim Scudder. John Scudder also built several of the homes on Savannah's Jones Street, which has been described as one of the most charming streets in America.Other similar-style row houses exist in Savannah's Gordon Row, the Jones Street Quantock Row, the Chatham Square Quantock Row, William Remshart Row House, McDonough Row and Marshall Row.

The Noble Hardee Mansion is a historic building in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It is located at 3 West Gordon Street, in the southwestern residential block of Monterey Square, and was built in 1860. It is part of the Savannah Historic District. The home, consisting of 3.5 storeys and containing fifteen fireplaces, was built for Noble Andrew Hardee, a cotton factor and owner of N. A. Hardee Company. He died seven years after the building's construction. From the late 1990s until around 2022, the building was occupied by Alex Raskin Antiques. The entrance to the store was at 441 Bull Street on the building's eastern side.The building was restored in the late 19th century, with additions made over the years removed.In the 1940s, it formed part of Armstrong Junior College.21st United States president Chester A. Arthur visited his relative Henry Triplett Botts at the mansion.The building was featured in the 1995 movie Something to Talk About, utilized by Julia Roberts as a surreptitous meeting place.In 2022, Ralston College was considering using the building.

Granite Hall is an Italianate mansion in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It is located on East Gaston Street, just to the northeast of Forsyth Park. It is part of the Savannah Historic District, and was built in 1881 for Fred Hull. In a survey for Historic Savannah Foundation, Mary Lane Morrison found the building to be of significant status.The building was used as the venue for the Married Women's Card Club visited by John Cusack in the 1997 movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Jim Williams, upon whom both the movie and the book on which it was based was centered, purchased the house in the mid-1980s and began an extensive restoration program on it; he died before it was completed, however. Around that time, it was the Granite Steps guest house, so named for its double-entry staircase that ascends from the street.Since 2006, the property has been owned by the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
