Tyndale House is an independent biblical studies library in Cambridge, England, with a Christian foundation. Founded in 1944, it aims to provide specialist resources in support of research into the Old and New Testaments, along with relevant historical backgrounds.

Newnham College is a women's constituent college of the University of Cambridge.The college was founded in 1871 by a group organising Lectures for Ladies, members of which included philosopher Henry Sidgwick and suffragist campaigner Millicent Garrett Fawcett. It was the second women's college to be founded at Cambridge, following Girton College. The College celebrated its 150th anniversary throughout 2021 and 2022.

Selwyn College, Cambridge (formally Selwyn College in the University of Cambridge) is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. The college was founded in 1882 by the Selwyn Memorial Committee in memory of George Augustus Selwyn (1809–1878), the first Bishop of New Zealand (1841–1868), and subsequently Bishop of Lichfield (1868–1878). Its main buildings consist of three courts built of stone and brick (Old Court, Ann's Court, and Cripps Court). There are several secondary buildings, including adjacent townhouses and lodges serving as student hostels on Grange Road, West Road and Sidgwick Avenue. The college has some 60 fellows and 110 non-academic staff. In 2019, Selwyn was ranked eighth on the Tompkins Table of Cambridge colleges in order of undergraduates' performances in examinations, having been first in 2008. The college was ranked 16th out of 30 in an assessment of college wealth conducted by the student newspaper Varsity in November 2006. Selwyn's sister college at the University of Oxford is Keble College.

Newnham is a suburb of the city of Cambridge in England. Historically, the name refers to a hamlet centred on a mill on the River Cam, a short distance to the southwest of the city centre. The modern council ward of Newnham covers much of the west of the city. Several Cambridge University colleges are situated in this ward, including Newnham, Wolfson, Robinson, Selwyn and Darwin. In modern times Newnham has become one of the most affluent areas of Cambridge and sometimes features in national quality of life surveys.Newnham includes Grantchester Meadows and Lammas Land, a recreation ground and playground.

The Cambridge Whitefriars, or Newnham Whitefriars, were a community of Carmelite friars who first settled in Chesterton outside Cambridge in the thirteenth century. Although granted permission by Henry III to build a house there in 1247, they instead moved into a house in Newnham donated to them by Michael Malherbe in 1249. It was situated in the parish of St-Peter-outside-the-gate in Trumpington and so fell under the jurisdiction of the Hospital of St John the Evangelist. Extensive monastic cells, a cloister and a church were constructed on three acres of land in Newnham. In 1290, however, because frequent flooding made it difficult to attend lectures and acquire provisions, the friars obtained permission from Edward I to move to land on Milne Street within Cambridge. They remained there from 1292 until 1538, when, as a result of the dissolution of the monasteries under Henry VIII, their property was handed over to Queens' College, who demolished the monastic buildings. The site is now occupied by Walnut Tree Court and the college chapel. The only surviving remains can be seen in the well-preserved north wall of the Fellows' Garden, which formed the north wall of the Carmelite church. The locations of the sites in Chesterton and Newnham are unknown.

The Selwyn College Library is the library of Selwyn College, Cambridge and an official collegiate library of the University of Cambridge. The current library building is located in Centre Court and was completed in 1929. It was designed by the architect T. H. Lyon as a war memorial library to honour the fallen from the First World War. In 2018, plans for a new library and auditorium in Ann's Court were announced. The current Selwyn College Head Librarian is Sonya Adams and the College Archivist is Elizabeth Stratton.

The Divinity Faculty Library, Cambridge, is the library for theology and religious studies at the University of Cambridge, England. It is housed within the Faculty of Divinity, University of Cambridge building on the Sidgwick Site off West Road, Cambridge. The library holds 59,000 volumes on its open shelves, and uses a bespoke classification system. The Library has particular strong holdings in Christian theology, biblical commentaries, church history and patristics. Perhaps, more surprisingly, also books on anthropology, sociology, politics, fiction and on sciences are held.The library is open to current members of the University of Cambridge, and members of the Cambridge Theological Federation.

The Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (LCIL) at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, England, was founded in 1983 by Sir Elihu Lauterpacht under the name The Research Centre for International Law. It was renamed in 1997 "to honour the achievements of his father Sir Hersch Lauterpacht and himself".The Centre's objectives are: to serve as a discussion forum for current issues by organising seminars, lectures and meetings aimed at developing an understanding of international law; to promote research and the publication of core research material; to provide, in Cambridge, an intellectual home for visiting researchers of international law from around the world who wish to pursue their own research in an atmosphere that is stimulating and congenial to the generation and exchange of ideas; to provide education and training programmes of the highest quality; to maintain a library of archival and source materials relating to international law.

Wolfson College () is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England. The majority of students at the college are postgraduates. The college also admits "mature" undergraduates (aged 21 and above), with around 15% of students studying undergraduate degree courses at the university. The college was founded in 1965 as "University College", but was refounded as Wolfson College in 1973 in recognition of the benefaction of the Wolfson Foundation. Wolfson is located to the south-west of Cambridge city centre, near the University Library. As one of the more modern colleges in Cambridge, Wolfson does not follow all of the traditions of some of the university's older colleges. For example, since the college's founding there has been no "High Table" reserved for Fellows at Formal Hall dinners; students and Fellows mix and dine together, and the tradition of wearing academic gowns to such occasions is encouraged but is not compulsory. Both Fellows and students at the college have access to all the facilities. With students from over 70 countries, Wolfson claims to be one of Cambridge's most cosmopolitan colleges. It was the first college of the university to admit men and women as both students and Fellows.The current President of Wolfson College is scientist Jane Clarke.

Lady Mitchell Hall (LMH) is a large lecture theatre owned by the University of Cambridge. It is located on the University's Sidgwick Site, north of Sidgwick Avenue in Cambridge, England. The lecture theatre is used for important general interest lectures, for example the annual Darwin lectures. The hall accommodates 500 people.The building is polygonal in shape, built of brick with a metal roof. It was built between 1956 and 1968 by Casson, Conder and Partners. It is a Grade II listed building.On 2 March 1969, Yoko Ono and John Lennon's first public concert together was held at Lady Mitchell Hall. To mark the 50th anniversary of the event, art historian and curator Gabriella Daris produced and gifted to the University of Cambridge a plaque which reads "Yoko Ono John Lennon Cambridge 1969". This was unveiled in the foyer of the Lady Mitchell Hall on 2 March 2019.
