Carsbreck railway station was a private station opened on the Scottish Central Railway near Carsebreck Loch, the Royal Caledonian Curling pond, between Stirling and Perth for the use of the curlers belonging to the Royal Caledonian Curling Club. It was first named by the Scottish Central Railway as 'Royal Curling Club Station, a host of later names being Caledonian Curling Society's Platform, Curling Pond Halt, Royal Curling Club Platform, Royal Curling Club Station, Netherton Halt and finally as Carsbreck Station. It is unclear how many of these were official names. The site lay in the parish of Ardoch, Perth and Kinross with the villages of Braco, Greenloaning and Blackford nearby. The Scottish Central Railway line had been opened in 1848.

Strathallan is the strath of the Allan Water in Scotland. The strath stretches north and north-east from Stirling through Bridge of Allan, Dunblane and Blackford to Auchterarder in Perth and Kinross. Tullibardine distillery is a Scottish distillery since 1949, producing a single malt whisky. The whisky distillery is located in Blackford, Perth and Kinross, close to the Ochil Hills and the Danny Burn, their main water sources.The distillery was mothballed in 1995 by then owner Whyte & Mackay. In 2003, it was sold to Tullibardine Distillery Ltd, who resumed production. In 2011, the distillery was sold to the French firm Picard Vins & Spiritueux. This firm in 2013 created an entity for the spirits named Terroirs Distillers.The distillery produces several types of single malt whisky, including "Aged Oak Edition Single Malt Whisky" and "Sherry Finish Malt Whisky", and related liqueurs.Tullibardine Distillery runs a visitor's centre.

The village is located just off the A9 between Perth and Stirling which has been bypassed since 1978. It is home to Highland Spring water and the Tullibardine whisky distillery.

Black Hill Roman Camps are two Roman camps that are part of an extensive complex of Roman military sites centred around the fort at Ardoch, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. They were built along the Gask Ridge during the re-conquest of Scotland by the emperor Septimius Severus.The camp is about 0.5 miles (0.80 km) north of the Ardoch Roman Fort in Braco.

It was also the site of the Strathallan Farmer's Club founded in 1804.Greenloaning is the home of the Greenloaning Burns Club.Greenloaning railway station was closed in 1956, but part of the station building still survives.Greenloaning Primary School was permanently closed in June 2019 by Perth and Kinross Council.

Tullibardine Chapel is an ancient church building in Tullibardine, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It is one of the most complete medieval churches in Scotland. A large part of it dating to 1446, it is now a scheduled monument.The chapel was built by Sir David Murray, Baron of Tullibardine (formerly of Ochtertyre), of Tullibardine Castle, as a family chapel and burial site. Members of the Murray family (subsidiaries of the Dukes of Atholl) were buried there until 1900. An armorial plaque on the north external wall of the chancel displays the coat of arms of David and his wife, Isabel Stewart.The chapel was rebuilt or extended with transepts and a small tower around 1500 by David's grandsons, William Murray (died 1513), who built the "part towards the west where his father's coat of arms is impaled," and Andrew Murray. Arms on the south transept gable relate to the marriage of Andrew Murray and Margaret Barclay. They were ancestors of the Murray of Balvaird family.The chapel has remained unaltered to this day.
