Warnham LNR

E. Tredcroft's Ground was a cricket ground at the Warnham Court estate, located at Horsham, Sussex. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1851, when the Gentlemen of Sussex played the Gentlemen of Surrey. Edward Tredcroft, after whom the ground is named, was part of the Gentlemen of Sussex team. The first first-class match held at the ground came in 1853 when Sussex played the Marylebone Cricket Club. Sussex played two further first-class matches at the ground; in 1854 and 1855, with both matches coming against the Marylebone Cricket Club. The 1855 fixture was the final recorded match on the ground. A woodland was later planted inside the boundary of the ground.

The college was rated as being ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2009. It is the second oldest school in West Sussex after The Prebendal School in Chichester and the fourth oldest school in Sussex. The college is Grade II listed by English Heritage.

Bohunt Horsham is a coeducational all-through school located in Horsham, West Sussex, England. The school opened to 120 students in Year 7 in 2019 in the centre of Horsham whilst a new, purpose-built school is currently in development North of the town. Eventually the school will take 1620 students from ages 4–16, and will include a nursery with provision for 50 places. Bohunt School Horsham is funded by the Department for Education as a free school. The school is sponsored by the Bohunt Education Trust, led by Bohunt School in Liphook, Hampshire.

Rising Universe, more commonly known locally as the Shelley Fountain, was a large kinetic water sculpture in Horsham, West Sussex, England. It was created by the sculptor Angela Conner and installed in 1996 to commemorate the bicentenary of the birth of the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley, who was born near Horsham. Conner refers to the work by the name Cosmic Cycle, which is the name originally attached to the work on a brass plaque. The fountain was dismantled and removed from its location in the town centre in June 2016 after district councillors voted that it had "reached the end of its serviceable life".

Warnham is a village and civil parish in the Horsham district of West Sussex, England. The village is centred 2 miles (3.2 km) north-northwest of Horsham, 31 miles (50 km) from London, to the west of the A24 road. Other named settlements within the parish include the hamlets of Goosegreen, Kingsfold and Winterfold as well as parts of Strood Green and Rowhook. The area is in the northwest of the Weald, a gently sloped remnant forest in southeast England and largely a plain by erosion. The parish has a land area of 1980 hectares (4892 acres). In the 2001 census 1958 people lived in 784 households, of whom 935 were economically active. At the 2011 Census the population was 2,068. Warnham has a number of shops, including a village store and butcher, two pubs The Sussex Oak and The Greets Inn, a primary school and Warnham railway station lies nearly a mile away from the village, on the Sutton & Mole Valley Lines. The station was built primarily for the brick works, which had some sidings until recently; it offers an hourly service to London Victoria with connections to London Waterloo. The adjacent level crossing is now permanently closed except for pedestrians and cyclists.Gallery
