Bareikiškės is a village in Vilnius district municipality, Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, it had population of 78. There is a library and cottage-like block of flats in Bareikiškės. A museum of Władysław Syrokomla in a manor, that belonged to him, is situated in Bareikiškės. Stanisław Moniuszko was a frequent visitor of Bareikiškės manor.

Kyviškės airfield (ICAO: EYVK) is a small regional airfield, opened in 1947, located in Kyviškės village, east of Vilnius. Runway, which is 540 meters in length and 23 meters in width, was thoroughly renovated in 2016. Traffic at the airfield is most intense during the summer months, with 200-300 daily lift-offs and landings. As of 2023, this airfield is primarily used for events and trainings, no domestic or international commercial routes operate here. Vilnius Airport located about 25 km away by car is the closest commercial airport.

Naujoji Vilnia railway station (Lithuanian: Naujosios Vilnios geležinkelio stotis) is a Lithuanian Railways station in Vilnius. The station was built around 1860. The station was built during the Saint Petersburg–Warsaw Railway expansion. In 1940-1941 the Soviet government did mass deportation to Siberia from Naujoji Vilnia railway station.It is used mainly by industry, but it also organizes commercial passengers trips to Kaunas, Trakai, Ignalina, Kena and Turmantas.

Kena is a village in Vilnius district municipality, Lithuania. It is located on the state border with Belarus and has railway customs for all passenger trains from/to Belarus and Russia, including transit trains to Kaliningrad Oblast. According to the census of 2001, Kena had 418 residents. The figure shrank to 369 in 2021. Nearby Pakenė village had 204 inhabitants.

Galgiai is a village in Vilnius District Municipality, Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, it had population of 1,426, an increase from 1,011 in 2001, 811 in 1989 and just 96 in 1959.

Rokantiškės Castle (Lithuanian: Rokantiškių pilis) ruins are in Naujoji Vilnia elderate of Vilnius, Lithuania. The castle was located east of Vilnius on a high hill near the Vilnia River. The first castle was built in the 12th century. In the 16th century, it was rebuilt in the Renaissance style and has been the seat of the Olshanski family. Alexander Olshanski, Yuri Olshanski and the last family member Pawel Olshanski have lived there. After his death the castle was inherited by Bona Sforza and later passed to the Pac family. The Deputy Chancellor of Lithuania Stefan Pac was visited here by the King of Poland and Grand duke of Lithuania Władysław IV Vasa on July 15, 1636. The castle was burnt down by Cossacks on August 7, 1655, during the Russo-Polish War and fell in ruins. Today there are the only visible medieval castle ruins in Vilnius.
