The Division of Isaacs is an Australian Electoral Division in the state of Victoria. It is located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, on the eastern shores of Port Phillip Bay. It covers the suburbs of Mordialloc, Keysborough (part), Waterways, Cheltenham (part), Dingley Village, Chelsea, Aspendale, Aspendale Gardens, Edithvale, Bonbeach, Patterson Lakes, Carrum, Parkdale, Mentone, Dandenong South, Highett, Heatherton and Moorabbin.

The Dandenong Creek (Aboriginal Bunwurrung: Narra Narrawong or Dandinnong) is an urban creek of the Port Phillip catchment, located in the eastern and south-eastern Greater Melbourne region of the Australian east coast state of Victoria. The creek descends approximately 550 metres (1,800 ft) over its course of 53 kilometres (33 mi) before joining the Eumemmerring Creek to form the Patterson River (of which it can be considered the de facto main stem) and eventually draining into the Beaumaris Bay. The first European to see the creek near its source was in 1839 and is believed to be Daniel Bunce, a botanist.

The Eastern Treatment Plant is an 1,100 hectares (4.2 square miles) sewage treatment plant, located in the suburb of Bangholme in Victoria, Australia, 31 kilometres (19 miles) southeast of Melbourne's central business district. The plant was built in 1975 and is owned by Melbourne Water. Following treatment, some water is used as recycled water in the local area. South East Water is a major supplier of recycled water from the Eastern Treatment Plant. The rest is pumped through 56 kilometres (35 miles) of pipeline to discharge into Bass Strait at Boags Rocks on the Mornington Peninsula.

Chelsea Heights is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 30 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Kingston local government area. Chelsea Heights recorded a population of 5,393 at the 2021 census.The suburb is home to Chelsea Heights Primary School, The Chelsea Heights Cricket & Football Club and the Bonbeach Blue Jays Baseball Club. On the border of Chelsea Heights and Chelsea is the Bayside Trail bicycle track, which begins in Seaford and continues north for approximately 43 km to Port Melbourne.

The City of Chelsea was a local government area about 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria, Australia, on the eastern side of Port Phillip. The city covered an area of 12.23 square kilometres (4.72 sq mi), and existed from 1920 until 1994.

Chelsea is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 30 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Kingston local government area. Chelsea recorded a population of 8,347 at the 2021 census.Chelsea is located on Port Phillip and is the most important bayside suburban centre between Mordialloc and Frankston. Chelsea is very popular with beachgoers during summer. Also popular is Bicentennial Park, located about 1 km inland on the site of a former rubbish tip. Chelsea has smaller households, fewer families with children and more elderly people than most other Melbourne suburbs. The Chelsea Magistrates' Court closed on 1 February 1985.Chelsea has its own railway station on the Frankston line. Chelsea is also home to many church, community and sporting organisations. The town has an Australian Rules football team competing in the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League. AFL legend Leigh Matthews played his junior football at the Chelsea Football Club. Golfers play at the Australasian Golf Club's Chelsea Public Golf Course on Fraser Avenue in neighbouring Edithvale.Chelsea Yacht Club provides competitive sailing and was formed in 1938.

Patterson River Secondary College is a public co-educational high school located in Carrum, Victoria, Australia. Formerly called the Seaford Carrum High School, in 1992 the school merged with the nearby Bonbeach High School, staying on the site of Seaford-Carrum. The school caters for approximately 1,120 students and has over 120 staff. The current principal is Daniel Dew. The three vice-principals are Samantha Jeacle, Lisa Cavey, and Adam Slater. Patterson River has a mean study score of 28 across all subjects as of 2018.

Bonbeach is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 31 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Kingston local government area. Bonbeach recorded a population of 6,855 at the 2021 census.

Bonbeach railway station is located on the Frankston line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Bonbeach, and it opened on 15 February 1926.

Carrum Downs is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 36 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Frankston local government area. Carrum Downs recorded a population of 21,976 at the 2021 census. Prior to December 1994 the majority of Carrum Downs was within the City of Cranbourne. However, following statewide local government reform, the suburb was moved to be part of a new, larger City of Frankston.
