Leisureland Fair was an amusement park in Langwarrin, Victoria, Australia which operated from 1984 to 1992. It is now a housing estate with the only reference to it being a street named after it. The amusement park was situated on a large plot of land with a steam train which would take passengers from the carpark to the park itself. The park consisted of many attractions including a custom built steel roller coaster, log flume, waterslides, mini-golf, a function centre and various other rides. The park was then sold on to a religious group who developed the site into housing.The only remaining part of Leisureland Fair is the former Function Centre, otherwise known as The Castle. It was once the main terminus for the amusement park, situated in the centre of what was the park.The Function Centre has now been significantly renovated on the inside and operates as a Mosque and cultural centre, the Bait-ul-Salam - House of Peace Mosque, for the Australian Ahmadiyyan Muslim Community.

In 2019, development in Cranbourne South's area began with a new estate called Brompton. The part located within Cranbourne South is bounded by a new part of Ballarto Road to the north, Dandenong-Hastings Road to the west and Cranbourne Road to the south and east. The suburb has a small primary school, a petrol station and a general store.

Botanic Ridge recorded a population of 6,739 at the 2021 census.The suburb is bounded in the north by Ballarto Road and the Royal Botanic Gardens, in the east by Craig Road, in the south by Browns Road and in the west by Pearcedale Road. By 2009 the urban growth boundary had moved along Pearcedale and Browns Road, placing the western part of the suburb inside the main growth area. Two large scale housing developments, Botanic Ridge and Settlers Run Estate, have since developed in the area. Golfers play at the course of Settlers Run Golf and Country Club at Settlers Run Estate.

Elisabeth Murdoch College (EMC) (formerly Langwarrin Post Primary School (1984–1986), Langwarrin Secondary College (1987–2004)) is a government-run state high school located in Melbourne's south-eastern suburb of Langwarrin in Australia. The college offers a broad range of curriculum areas for students in the secondary years of education. The college has an education program which incorporates VCE, VCAL and VET. The college is a registered training organisation which can grant certificate courses. Improvements to the college have taken place over the last five years, including a gym, a performing arts center, and an auditorium.

Devon Meadows is a town in Victoria, Australia, 50 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Casey local government area. Devon Meadows recorded a population of 1,551 at the 2021 census.Devon Meadows Post Office was located at 89 Finsubury Devon Meadows and opened on 21 March 1915, and closed in 1941.The original building was one of the oldest buildings in Devon Meadows. It became a residential home and was known as being haunted, but burnt down around 1984. The oldest home was owned by the Rawlins family in Worthing Road.Devon Meadows contains a primary school with a current enrolment of about 300, a CFA fire station, community hall, and tennis club. Just east of the main township is a locality known Five Ways after the split intersection where three roads leave the South Gippsland Highway bound for Berwick, Koo Wee Rup and Cannons Creek. A general store at the intersection provides services to travelers.The town has an Australian Rules football team (the Devon Meadows Panthers) competing in the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League, and a cricket team also known as the Panthers that competes in the District Division of the West Gippsland Cricket Association.

Mulberry Hill is a heritage-listed home in Langwarrin South, Victoria, Australia. It was the home of the writer Joan Lindsay and her husband Sir Daryl Lindsay from 1926 to 1984. Joan Lindsay left the house to the National Trust when she died. It is still owned by the National Trust and is open to the public. It is also heritage-listed at the federal and state level.
