Glenunga International High School

Glenunga is an inner southeastern suburb of Adelaide, the capital of South Australia. It is located in the City of Burnside, five kilometres southeast of the Adelaide city centre. The name Glenunga is a composite of Aboriginal and Scottish words, "unga" meaning near and "glen" from the nearby Glen Osmond Bounded on the north by Windsor Road, the east by Portrush Road, the south-west by Glen Osmond Road and the west by Conyngham Street, the leafy suburb forms a rough triangular layout.

Frewville is a small suburb in the South Australian city of Adelaide. It is three kilometres south-east of Adelaide's central business district (CBD). The name Frewville is taken from an early settler James Frew. Frewville is in the local government area of the City of Burnside. Fullarton is bounded by Cremorne Street, Randolph Avenue and Fullarton Road in the north, Glen Osmond Road in the east, Fisher Street, Fullarton Road and Cheltenham Street in the south and Balmoral Street, Fisher Street and Windsor Street in the west.

Myrtle Bank is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia in the City of Unley. The suburb is named after a property near the foothills built in 1842 by William Sanders (1801–1880), who arrived in South Australia in 1838. He named the premises 'Myrtle Bank', because his friend James Gall of Trinity living in Edinburgh had a fine property of the same name. The property passed through the hands of Capt. William Elder, brother of Sir Thomas Elder, before being purchased in 1848 by William Ferguson (1809–1892), who built on the original house and lived there with his family until he died.During World War I the property became a repatriation hospital.

Benacre is a house in Glen Osmond, (an inner south-eastern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia), which was listed on the now-defunct Register of the National Estate. It is located at 6 Benacre Place.

Glenside Hospital, as it was known from 1967, previously the Public Colonial Lunatic Asylum of South Australia, Parkside Lunatic Asylum and Parkside Mental Hospital, was a complex of buildings used as a psychiatric hospital in Glenside, South Australia.Since the 1970s the original site has been subdivided and parcels of land sold off, largely for housing. The large administration building fronting the side was refurbished to house the Adelaide Studios of the South Australian Film Corporation in 2011. The site is sometimes referred to as "the old Glenside Hospital", the "Glenside Hospital historical precinct" or "Glenside Campus".As of April 2019, Glenside Health Services was built at the southern end of the site to co-locate mental health services with beautiful surroundings and shared garden spaces to enhance recovery. Services on site include Acute Care (Central Adelaide Local Health Network), Rural and Remote (Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network), Helen Mayo House (Women's and Children's Health Network), Inpatient Rehabilitation Services (Central Adelaide Local Health Network), Inpatient Alcohol and Other Drug Withdrawal Service (Southern Adelaide Local Health Network) and the Tarnanthi Forensic Sub-Acute Unit (Northern Adelaide Local Health Network). Adjacent to Glenside Health Services is the Jamie Larcombe Centre, providing mental health and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) services to veterans."

Glen Osmond is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia in the City of Burnside which is in the foothills of the Adelaide Hills. It is well known for the road intersection on the western side of the suburb, where the South Eastern Freeway (National Route M1) from the Adelaide Hills and the main route from Melbourne splits into National Route A17 Portrush Road (north, the main route towards Port Adelaide), Glen Osmond Road, Adelaide (northwest towards Adelaide city centre) and state route A3 Cross Road west towards the coast and southern suburbs.

The Burnside Civic Centre houses the council chambers, community centre, library and ballroom of the City of Burnside, Adelaide, South Australia. It is located at the corner of Greenhill and Portrush Roads in Tusmore. It is opposite the shopping complex, Burnside Village. 34°56′20″S 138°38′36″E

The Burnside Library is located on the corner of Greenhill and Portrush Roads and is part of the Burnside Civic Centre. The library was one of the first public libraries in South Australia, opening its doors to the public on 8 April 1961. In 2000, the library and the civic centre underwent a major renovation. This has served to make the library a bright, open and attractive space for the community. As with other public libraries, Burnside Library has changed dramatically over the years. As of 2010 it has 26 computers, free wireless access, and over 6,000 DVDs available to the public. It has more than 1,000 visitors a day and approximately 65% of all residents are registered borrowers. The library collection contains more 135,000 across 2,200 square metres of floor space. In 2015 there were 910,000 item loans.The library provides language classes, genealogy classes, computer classes, author talks, library tours, youth activities, storytime, babychat and other programs.The library has a presence on popular social networking sites available to the public such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.The library is open seven days a week, from 9.30am-6pm on weekdays, except Thursday when it closes at 9pm, and on the weekend from 10am-4pm on Saturday and 2pm-5pm on Sunday.
