Providence Milwaukie Hospital is a 77-bed acute care hospital in Milwaukie, Oregon, US. Located in the Portland metropolitan area, it is owned by Providence Health & Services. Opened in 1968, it was originally Dwyer Memorial Hospital, a private hospital, before becoming a community hospital a few years after opening.

East Milwaukie station, also known as Milwaukie, was a short-lived Amtrak train station in Milwaukie, Oregon in service from 1980 to 1981. It was located just east of the intersection of Harrison Street and Highway 224. The station was served by the Willamette Valley and Mount Rainier.

Tideman Johnson Natural Area is a city park of about 7.7 acres (3.1 ha) in southeast Portland, in the U.S. state of Oregon. Located at Southeast 37th Avenue and Tenino Street along Johnson Creek, the site is named for a mid-19th century family named Johnson that encouraged public use of its land along the creek. The park has paved and unpaved paths for hiking. A loop trail and boardwalk off the Springwater Corridor runs through the park.

Kerf is an outdoor series of two pigmented cast concrete sculptures by Thomas Sayre, installed at the MAX Orange Line's Southeast Tacoma/Johnson Creek station in the southeast Portland, Oregon portion of the Ardenwald-Johnson Creek neighborhood, which straddles the border between Portland (and Multnomah County) and Milwaukie, Oregon (and Clackamas County). According to TriMet, the pieces were "earth-cast" on site and represent "the influence of wheels on the area, from a 19th-century sawmill on Johnson Creek to the wheels of the MAX train".

Southeast Tacoma/Johnson Creek is a light rail station and park and ride for the MAX Orange Line. Service began on September 12, 2015. It is the third stop northbound on the Orange Line. The station was built for residents of the Sellwood and Ardenwald neighborhoods of Portland and Milwaukie. The station is located adjacent to Oregon Route 99E and can be directly accessed by northbound traffic and by traffic from the portion of SE Tenino Street that connects SE Tacoma to SE Johnson Creek Boulevard.The station is located where the historic Oregon Woolen Mills once operated and in more recent years was the past location of the Goodwill mega-store known as the "Goodwill Bins". Past plans called for the site to be developed as a Wal-Mart and was staunchly opposed by area residents.

Milwaukie is a city mostly in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States; a very small portion of the city extends into Multnomah County. The population was 21,119 at the 2020 census. Founded in 1847 on the banks of the Willamette River, the city, known as the Dogwood City of the West, was incorporated in 1903 and is the birthplace of the Bing cherry. The city is now a suburb of Portland and also adjoins the unincorporated areas of Clackamas and Oak Grove.

Portland Waldorf School is a private Waldorf school in Milwaukie, Oregon, United States, in the former Milwaukie Middle School.The school has been accredited by the Associated Waldorf Schools of North America since 2002, and by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools since 2005. Notable graduates of the Portland Waldorf High School Class of 2023 include Piper Brigman, a published author; Sylvia Lambley, singer-songwriter; Dash Fitzgerald, guitarist and producer; and Lyla Meier, singer-songwriter.

The Jacques and Amelia Reinhart House in southeast Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon is a 2.5-story dwelling listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A Colonial Revival structure built in 1911, it was added to the register in 1985. It was the first house built in Portland's Eastmoreland district, near Reed College.

Crystal Springs Creek, a 2.7-mile (4.3 km) tributary of Johnson Creek, flows entirely within the city of Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. The stream rises from springs near the Reed College campus in the southeastern part of the city and runs generally southwest to meet Johnson Creek in the Portland neighborhood of Sellwood.The creek's even flow and cool year-round temperature make it a good place for fish, including coho and chinook salmon and steelhead. Steelhead populations are within the Lower Columbia River Steelhead distinct population segment as listed as threatened (2011). Coho salmon populations are within the Lower Columbia River Coho Evolutionary Significant Unit (ESU) and listed as threatened (2011). Chinook salmon populations are within the Lower Columbia River Chinook ESU and listed as threatened (2011). The stream has been designated critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act. To improve the habitat, the city is replacing old culverts that impede fish passage, and Reed College is working to improve habitat and fish passage near the headwaters at Reed Lake.

The Vietnam War Memorial, also known as the Vietnam War Commemorative Monument, is a war memorial commemorating veterans of the Vietnam War in Clackamas County, installed in Milwaukie, Oregon's Scott Park, in the United States. The memorial was dedicated on November 11 (Veterans Day), 2017, and rededicated in 2020 following construction of the nearby Ledding Library. The obelisk was designed by sculptor Bruce Palone.
