Wentzville R-IV School District is a school district headquartered in Wentzville, Missouri, United States. In addition to almost all of Wentzville, the district serves all of Lake St. Louis, the St. Charles County portion of Foristell; and portions of Dardenne Prairie, Flint Hill, Josephville, and O'Fallon.

The David K. Bernard Library is an academic library that supports the faculty, staff, and students of Urshan Graduate School of Theology and Urshan University. It is named after the General Superintendent of the UPCI and first president of Urshan, Dr. David K. Bernard. Collection development began with the acquisition of the personal library of Ernest E. Jolley, a United Pentecostal Church International minister. Rev Jolley's library was donated to Gateway College of Evangelism and consisted of almost ten thousand volumes. This donation was cataloged and shelved in one of the large classrooms. A major shift in the library took place in 2001 when the Urshan Graduate School of Theology began operation. Intentional acquisition of material relevant to the curriculum and research of the school's professional staff became a top priority. Over 5,000 square feet (460 m2) of floor space was remodeled and designed for library use. The library now consists of approximately 40,000 holdings with 30,000 titles. Future development will broaden to other formats but printed manuscript is the preferred medium for present development. Major renovations and expansion are scheduled as the collection grows to 60,000 holdings. The library was reviewed by the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) in 2008 for accreditation. The David K. Bernard Library maintains membership in the American Theological Library Association (ATLA), and the St. Louis Regional Library Network (SLRLN). It also has access to online digital resources through EBSCOhost and MOREnet.

The Southern Air was a restaurant located in Wentzville, Missouri. The building no longer operates as a restaurant, but it now houses a satellite campus of Lindenwood University.

Wentzville Tobacco Company Factory was a historic tobacco factory located at Wentzville, St. Charles County, Missouri. It was built in 1885, and is a 2 1/2-story, three bay by six bay brick building with timber framing. It measures approximately 40 feet by 90 feet and has a gable roof with long shed dormers.: 2 Despite being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, the historic building was demolished in 2002 and replaced with a parking lot. A historic marker was placed next to the parking lot on the site of the former building.

Wentzville Ice Arena is an arena and recreational sport facility located in Wentzville, Missouri and owned and operated by the City of Wentzville Parks & Recreation Department. It served as the home for LU Lindenwood Lions Men's and Women's ice hockey teams and LU synchronized skating team until relocating to the newly built Centene Community Ice Center. It features two NHL-size sheets of ice for ice hockey, figure skating and open skating, and local high school hockey. Other features of the arena include eight locker rooms, heated bleacher seating, and concession stand. Current capacity for spectators is about 750 for each of the two NHL-size hockey rinks.

Wentzville is an exurb of St. Louis that is located in western St. Charles County, Missouri, United States. As of the 2022 U.S. Census Bureau estimates, the city had a total population of 47,197, making it the 15th largest city in Missouri. Wentzville has been the fastest growing city in Missouri, by percentage population increase, for two consecutive decades from 2000 to 2020. As the site of the Rotary Park, Wentzville is host to the St. Charles County Fair and the St. Louis Renaissance Festival.

Timberland High School is the second largest of the four high schools in the Wentzville R-IV School District and fourth largest high school in St. Charles County, Missouri. The school was established as an annex in 2000 and as an independent high school in 2002. The 2020-21 enrollment was 1,845.

Wentzville Assembly is a General Motors automobile assembly facility in Wentzville, Missouri, opened in 1983. Located at 1500 East Route A in Wentzville, the 3.7 million square foot plant sits on 569 acres approximately 40 miles west of St. Louis, just off of I-70. With a similar floor plan to its contemporaries, Michigan's Orion Assembly and Detroit/Hamtramck Assembly plants, the facility includes vehicle assembly as well as body stamping facilities. Originally manufacturing full-size Buick, Oldsmobile and Pontiac sedans, the plant assumed operations of the previous St. Louis Truck Assembly which had been in operation since 1920. In 1996, production shifted from manufacturing unibody, front-drive passenger cars to rear-drive, body on frame trucks, GM's full-size Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana cargo vans on the GMT600 platform, previously manufactured at Lordstown Assembly (Ohio) and Flint Assembly (Michigan). The changeover involved completely gutting and revamping the plant to provide robotic body assembly. The GMT600 vans received a significant revision for the 2003 model year, known internally as the GMT610, which included a new front end, new powertrains ("LS" engines), left hand side cargo doors, and AWD models. In 2014, GM replaced the lighter 1500-series vans with the Chevrolet City Express built by Nissan in Mexico, retaining manufacture of the commercial-grade models in Wentzville. Also in 2014, Wentzville began manufacturing the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon, whose predecessors had been manuactured at the shuttered Shreveport Assembly factory in Louisiana. Wentzville has received numerous quality awards over the years for both the mid size truck and full size van models.

Wentzville Holt High School (Emil E. Holt Sr. High School, or simply Holt High School) is the oldest of the four high schools in the Wentzville R-IV School District and second oldest high school in St. Charles County, Missouri. With a 2020-21 enrollment of 1,934, Holt is the largest high school in St. Charles County. Although officially known as Emil E. Holt Senior High School since 1969, it was generally known only as Wentzville High School until 2000, when a renewed emphasis was placed on the "Holt" name in preparation for the addition of a second high school in the district.

Midwest University is a private Evangelical Christian university in Wentzville, Missouri. Founded in 1986 by James Song as the Midwest College and Theological Seminary, the school aspires to provide biblically-based higher education to its students. Described by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch in 2000 as a “Korean seminary” with students from more than sixty countries, Midwest has sought to expand its local student population.Midwest University now offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees through face-to-face, online, and distance education. In addition to its 17-acre (6.9 ha) residential campus, the university operates a business incubation center in Jefferson City, Missouri, a teaching site near Washington, D.C., and an international site at the Korea Christian Building in Seoul, South Korea.

Josephville is a village in St. Charles County, Missouri, United States. The population was 376 at the 2010 census. It is located about 35 miles west of St. Louis.
