Tanglin Secondary School is a co-educational government secondary school in Clementi, Singapore.

The Clementi Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Clementi, Singapore. It has a seating capacity of 4,000. It is managed by the Sport Singapore, which took over on 21 February 1983, and opened it to the public on 1 April the same year. It formerly served as the home ground for Tanjong Pagar United FC, Home United FC and Tampines Rovers FC. Rallies prior to the 2011 Singaporean general election by the Reform Party were held here.

The Clementi Mall (Chinese 金文泰广场）is a shopping mall in Clementi, Singapore, at Clementi Town Centre. It is a five-storey mall with 290,000 square feet of retail space. It opened for business in January 2011, with the grand official opening in May that year. The mall is owned by CM Domain. Above the mall is Clementi Towers, the first HDB project to be co-located within a shopping mall and bus interchange.The mall hosts 135 retail outlets including 16 restaurants and cafes. Anchor tenants include Best Denki, BHG Department Store (closed on 6 March 2022) and NTUC FairPrice Finest. The Clementi Public Library is located in the mall, as is the office of the West Coast Town Council. The branch office of Singapore Post, previously located at Block 443, is also located at Level 5.

Clementi MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West Line in Clementi, Singapore. The station will become an interchange station with the Cross Island Line in 2032.The tracks between Clementi station and Jurong East MRT station are the second longest between any two stations on the East West Line; the longest being the tracks between Expo MRT station and Changi Airport MRT station. It takes four minutes for trains to travel between Clementi and Jurong East stations. The station is also directly linked to the Clementi Mall and Clementi Bus Interchange. Together, they form the Clementi Integrated Transport Hub (ITH).

On 5 August 1993, a train on the East West line of the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) rear-ended another train that was stationary. It was the MRT's first major incident and resulted in 156 passengers being injured. It was caused by a maintenance vehicle leaking 50 litres (11 imp gal; 13 US gal) of oil onto the tracks.

Nan Hua High School (NHHS) (simplified Chinese: 南华中学; traditional Chinese: 南華中學; pinyin: Nánhuá Zhōngxué) is a co-educational government secondary school in Clementi, Singapore, offering the four-year Express course leading to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level national examination.Founded in 1917, Nan Hua High School is the tenth Special Assistance Plan (SAP) school in Singapore, and is an autonomous school since 2001. The school is also the West Zone Centre of Excellence for Chinese Language and Culture. Nan Hua High School is not affiliated with Nan Hua Primary School, despite a shared heritage.

Its parent university is the National University of Singapore.The school offers an accelerated mathematics and science curriculum integrated with language, arts, humanities, sports, in a modular system. Over 70% of its graduates have pursued Science, Technology, Engineering and Medicine-related courses in university.

On 25 September 2024, services on the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) East–West line (EWL) were disrupted when an axle box of a Kawasaki C151 train dislodged, damaging the track and equipment along the stretch between the Clementi and Dover stations. This resulted in the suspension of regular services between the Boon Lay and Queenstown stations, affecting around more than 1.3 million commuters. Restoration works are ongoing by engineers from the Land Transport Authority and SMRT Corporation. Meanwhile, shuttle train services were restored for the stretches between the Queenstown and Buona Vista stations, and between the Jurong East and Boon Lay stations, while bus bridging services were provided for the affected segment between the Buona Vista and Jurong East stations. Described by experts as a "rare" incident, the damage was reported to be extensive, and services was expected to be restored only some days after. This is one of the longest train disruptions on the MRT network in Singapore's history, as well as the longest since 2017.
