Shuinan Airport

The Intelligence Operation Center (Chinese: 智慧營運中心; pinyin: Zhìhuì yíngyùn zhōngxīn) is a proposed skyscraper in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. Designed by the Taiwanese architectural firm Ricky Liu & Associates partnered with French architect Christian de Portzamparc, the building will rise 262 m (860 ft) and will comprise 46 floors above ground.The building was U/C in 2021 and was originally scheduled to start construction in 2019 and will be completed in 2022. However, the development schedule has been delayed. After the building is complete, Intelligence Operation Center will surpass The Landmark (Taichung) to become the tallest skyscraper in Taichung and central Taiwan. The building will be equipped with solar panels on the south outer wall. In addition to generating solar energy, it can block light and heat and provide shade. In addition, the hollow design of the entire building allows wind to flow into the building’s green energy design, representing Taichung's future direction towards a sustainable city.

The Shuinan Economic and Trade Park (traditional Chinese: 臺中水湳經貿生態園區; simplified Chinese: 台中水湳经贸生态园区; pinyin: Táizhōng Shuǐnǎn Jīngmào Shēngtài Yuánqū) is an industrial park in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan.

Feng Chia University (FCU; Chinese: 逢甲大學) is a private research university in Taiwan, located in Taichung. It was named after Chiu Feng-Chia one of the leaders of the military resistance against the Japanese invasion of Taiwan in 1895. Feng Chia University has partnership with Purdue University, RMIT University, University of Zaragoza, and San Jose State University.

Fengjia Night Market or Feng Chia Night Market (Chinese: 逢甲夜市; pinyin: Féngjiǎ Yè Shì), also called Fengjia Shopping Town, is a night market in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. The market is located next to Feng Chia University. It was claimed to be the largest night market in Taiwan.

Zhang Liao Family Temple (Chinese: 張廖家廟; pinyin: Zhāngliào Jiāmiào) is an ancestral shrine located in East District, Taichung City, Taiwan. Built in 1904, the shrine is protected as a city monument.

Wenhua Senior High School is a metro station on the Green Line operated by Taichung Metro in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan.National Wen-Hua Senior High School, the station's namesake, is located nearby. A mixed-use building is being construction in conjunction to the north of the station and will be connected by a bridge.

The Taichung Municipal Wen-Hua Senior High School is one of the most prestigious senior high schools of Taiwan located in Taichung. It was founded on July 1, 1989. WHSH has been accredited by the Ministry of Education as a First Tier High School.

The Taichung International Convention and Exhibition Center (TICEC, Chinese: 臺中國際會展中心; pinyin: Táizhōng Gúojì Hùizhǎn Zhōngxīn) is a convention center in Shuinan Economic and Trade Park, Taichung, Taiwan. The convention center was completed in September 2024 and it is scheduled to open in October 2025. Designed to bolster the region's economic and trade activities, TICEC is poised to become a central hub for international conferences, exhibitions, and events.

The CTBC Taichung Headquarters (Chinese: 中信金控臺中金融大樓; pinyin: Zhōngxìn jīn táizhōng jīnróng dàlóu), is a skyscraper office building located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. Construction of the building began in 2014 and it was completed in 2017. The height of the building is 132.2 m (434 ft), the floor area is 40,615 m2 (437,180 sq ft), and it comprises 28 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels. It houses the headquarters of CTBC Financial Holding as well as Taiwan Life Insurance.

Overseas Chinese University (OCU; Chinese: 僑光科技大學) is a private university in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. It was founded in 1964 by the Hsin Tien Kong Educational Foundation, and was originally called the Overseas Chinese Junior College. OCU offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields, including management, computer science, engineering, design, law, and health sciences.

Wenxin Yinghua is a metro station on the Green Line operated by Taichung Metro in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan.The station name is taken from its location at the intersection of Wenxin and Yinghua roads.

Wenxin Zhongqing is a metro station on the Green Line operated by Taichung Metro in North District, Taichung, Taiwan.The station name is taken from its location at the intersection of Wenxin and Zhongqing Roads. Taichung Metro is planning for a transfer to the Orange Line at this stop.
