Osaka Dental University Hospital (大阪歯科大学附属病院, Osaka shika daigaku fuzoku byōin) is a university hospital located in Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan, affiliated with Osaka Dental University.

The Osaka State Guest House (大阪迎賓館 Ōsaka geihinkan) is located in the Nishinomaru area of Osaka Castle. It was constructed for the 1995 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit and also hosted the 2019 G20 Osaka summit dinner on 28 June. The building's architecture is in the traditional style.The building is used for MICE tourism.Next to it is the Hōshō-an (豊松庵) chashitsu.

Osaka Prefecture (大阪府, Ōsaka-fu, pronounced [oːsaka ɸɯ]) is a prefecture of Japan located in the Kansai region of Honshu. Osaka Prefecture has a population of 8,778,035 (as of 1 April 2022) and has a geographic area of 1,905 square kilometres (736 sq mi). Osaka Prefecture borders Hyōgo Prefecture to the northwest, Kyoto Prefecture to the north, Nara Prefecture to the southeast, and Wakayama Prefecture to the south. Osaka is the capital and largest city of Osaka Prefecture, and the third-largest city in Japan, with other major cities including Sakai, Higashiōsaka, and Hirakata. Osaka Prefecture is the third-most-populous prefecture, but by geographic area the second-smallest; at 4,600 inhabitants per square kilometre (12,000/sq mi) it is the second-most densely populated, below only Tokyo. Osaka Prefecture is one of Japan's two "urban prefectures" using the designation fu (府) rather than the standard ken for prefectures, along with Kyoto Prefecture. Osaka Prefecture forms the center of the Keihanshin metropolitan area, the second-most-populated urban region in Japan after the Greater Tokyo area and one of the world's most productive regions by GDP.

Temmabashi Station (天満橋駅, Tenmabashi-eki) is a railway station in Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Keihan Electric Railway and Osaka Metro.

Osaka International Cancer Institute (大阪国際がんセンター) is located in Otemae, Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan. It has 500 beds and is run by the Osaka Prefectural government. This hospital specializes in cancer and adult illness.

Osaka Castle Park (大阪城公園, Osaka-Jō-Kōen) is a public urban park and historical site situated at Osaka-Jō in Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan. It lies on the south of the Ōkawa (Kyū-Yodo River) and occupies a large area in the center of the city of Osaka. This park is the second largest park in the city. The park was constructed on a site with a long history. In the fifteenth century, a militant temple, Ishiyama Hongan-ji, was built here. In 1583, Toyotomi Hideyoshi destroyed Ishiyama Hongan-ji and built Osaka Castle here. From 1870 to 1945 the Osaka Arsenal used a large area, and it was destroyed at end of World War II. In 1931, Osaka Castle Park was opened to the public, but most of the area was used by the Imperial Japanese Army. After World War II, most of the military complex was removed and replaced by the public urban park. In the park, there is Osaka Castle Hall, a large athletic field, baseball field, football field, open-air music theatre, open-air concert hall, and Osaka Castle Keep Tower. From the top of keep tower, the vista includes Osaka Bay to Mount Ikoma, which surround the Osaka Plain. Many busking groups perform in the park. In spring, cherry blossom and plum blossom viewing is popular at this park.

Ōsakajō-kitazume Station (大阪城北詰駅, Ōsakajō-kitazume-eki) is a railway station on the West Japan Railway Company JR Tōzai Line in Amijimacho, Miyakojima-ku, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The station took over the ridership of the former Katamachi Station, which was the original terminal for the Gakkentoshi Line, now starting at Kyobashi Station. The former Keihan Main Line also had a station in the same area.

Osaka Castle (大坂城 or 大阪城, Ōsaka-jō) is a Japanese castle in Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan. The castle is one of Japan's most famous landmarks and it played a major role in the unification of Japan during the sixteenth century of the Azuchi-Momoyama period.

The fall of Osaka Castle occurred between Imperial and Tokugawa shogunate forces during the Boshin War in Japan, where soon after the Battle of Toba–Fushimi, the Tokugawa-held Osaka Castle was captured by pro-Imperial "Kangun" forces on February 2, 1868.

The Fujita Art Museum (藤田美術館, Fujita Bijutsukan) is one of the largest private collections in the Kansai region. The collection was assembled by Fujita Denzaburō and his descendants. It was installed in a storehouse on the family property in Osaka. Opened to the public in 1954, the collection houses Chinese and Japanese painting, calligraphy, sculpture, ceramics, lacquer, textiles, metalwork, and Japanese tea ceremony objects. The Japanese paintings include 13th and 14th century scrolls such as the Murasaki Shikibu Diary Emaki (National Treasure) and paintings of the 16 Rakan by Takuma Eiga. The section of Japanese ceramics, largely tea-ceremony objects, is varied and includes teabowls by Chōjirō and Nonomura Ninsei, as well as square dishes by Kōrin and Kenzan. In March 2017, 31 objects in the collection were de-accessioned and put on auction through auction house Christie's in New York as part of New York's Asian Week 2017 event

The Japan Mint (独立行政法人造幣局, Dokuritsu Gyōsei Hōjin Zōheikyoku) is an Independent Administrative Institution of the Japanese government, responsible for producing and circulating the coins of Japan. The agency has its head office in Osaka with branches in Saitama and Hiroshima. The Japan Mint does not produce paper money; that responsibility belongs to the National Printing Bureau.

Minami-Temma Park (南天満公園, Minami-Temma-Kōen) is a public urban park situated at 1 chōme Tenjimbashi in Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan. It lies on the north side of the Ōkawa (Kyū-Yodo River) between Temma-bashi bridge and Tenjim-bashi bridge. The park was constructed at the former Temma-Aomono-Ichiba vegetable wholesale market. Now, this park is a popular place for cherry blossom viewing in spring along the Kyū-Yodo River. The cherry blossom promenade is also a cycle path, which continues to northern Osaka (Suita City).
